Nick was the person who set up the extraction and drying. He was very careful to explain what was going to happen. He explained the process for claiming insurance for water damage. He was very punctual and very helpful. One draw back was that because of insurance claim he was not able to tell me exactly what the costs would be to me. His whole team of workers were very professional and courteous. Very good work.

Overall, it was a terrific experience and I highly recommend NeoForm Construction & Development Company. I traveled from DC to FL in April 2013 to my home in FL that needed renovation/remodeling. I met with Nicholas Partington, the President of the Company on April 12, 2013. He arrived to the property on time, was very courteous, knowledgeable and gave great ideas for the renovation/remodeling project. After our meeting, a few days later, he provided a detailed breakout cost per room for the entire project. The company's crew did an outstanding job on the entire job. The bathroom had to be completely remodeled. They tore out and replaced all the title, installed fan, medicine cabinet, bathtub with new shower, toilet, mirror, plumbing work, rebuilt wood base in bathroom, drywall, replaced broken vent stack for kitchen and bathroom, additional doors replacement to several rooms, new kitchen cabinetry, new hanging lights in bedrooms, AC window unit, new water heater, new flooring and painting throughout home. The construction went well from start to finish. I was kept up to date with the project. Questions I had were answered in a detailed and timely manner.

They were pleasant and good at what they do. They didn't bother us and I am satisfied with what they did.

The overall sale and shipping went perfect. They gave me an amazing deal and the quality of the products are outstanding. They were very knowledgeable in helping me select the right products for my use (snap-on showroom) and I have already recommended them to several surrounding businesses.

It all looks nice and pretty when it's done. As months went by a few things went wrong and that was because they had used subcontractors. They are no longer using subcontractors. When my stuff started to crack and fall apart I asked them to come back out. They did come out, but it was a year later. They did a good job and fixed up the cracked grout. They repositioned my shower doors because they had originally been put on backwards. In the end they did a very good job. A year later your bathroom should not be cracking. He came out and took a look. He said it was the work of the subcontractors and he would fix it. Originally it was an insurance job, so he came back and fixed it without charge. They were very professional. He did not argue with me and I was happy. He did an excellent job. I was pleased and will use them again. I got a minimal bathroom and I thought it was pricey, but the quality of their work was good.

Overall they did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their home remodeled. They know what they are doing and are experienced, professional and understanding people to work with.

They made the bathroom look wonderful. I couldn?t be happier about the result we got! The service was excellent. When my bathroom pipe broke in the middle of the night they came out right away to help clean up the mess. When it came to the remodeling they were did a great job making my house look exactly before the flood.
