The quality of service was what you expect but seldom receive. We used a BigDeal coupon on Angies List, which made it very cost effective as well. We highly recommend Nick and Home Angels.

I had a water leak in my kitchen behind my refrigerator. I called Sunshine Plumbing and Robert came out. He determined that the leak came from the water line in my ice maker, which leaked into the walls. He used a leak detector which revealed that the water saturation level was approximately four feet high. He told me that the water damage could cause mold and other issues and recommended Home Angels by NeoForm, explaining that they handle everything from the water remediation, mold damage, mitigation with the insurance company, and the remodel once the insurance settlement was received. I didn't even think about calling my insurance company, or thought any of this would be covered, so I was grateful for Robert's recommendation. Robert made the necessary repairs and called one of the owners of Home Angels, Frankie Soriano, on my behalf. Frankie and his assistant, Justin came out within the hour, (they were coming from Boynton Beach and I live in Pembroke Pines). I was really impressed with their quick response, professionalism and concern that they showed for my situation. Frankie explained the course of action thoroughly, which included water damage remediation, insurance mitigation and the final reconstruction process. They began immediately to repair the water damage. Justin and Pete took turns coming out to my house every day to evaluate the progress and service the equipment. I notified my insurance company and explained that Home Angels was going to be in communication with the Claims Adjuster to work out the costs to repair the damage. That took a great weight off of my shoulders, since I knew nothing about what would be needed to bring my kitchen back to a usable state. Once the water remediation was complete, Pete Forte, the Construction Manager, worked diligently with my insurance company and their claims adjuster to get the appropriate amount to start the reconstruction of my kitchen. He kept me updated every step of the way and planned the remodel around my schedule, which was greatly appreciated. When the remodel was initiated, I met with the Office Manager, Brittany Butler who offered great advise and recommendations during the selection of materials. Then, from start to finish, the construction went smoothly and quickly. Between Pete, Subcontractor Andres, and Sunshine Plumbing, the final product was just stunning! I can tell that the members of Home Angels by NeoForm and the subcontractors take pride in their jobs which shows in the final product. I had only one issue with a tile pattern on one wall, which Pete came out and fixed with amazing results. Everyone that I came in contact with during the remediation and remodel were very professional, willing to please their customer, and genuinely cared. Pete Forte, the Construction Manager was so easy to work with and was very accommodating as changes came up. I feel it was such a great experience and will highly recommend Home Angels/NeoForm Construction to anyone that is need of such services.

i was concened of a musty smell in my bathroom and was afraid of mold in the wall. they did call to say they would be a little late as I told them i only had an hour. they tested the walls etc. and determined there was no moisture or mold issues (short of doing a formal mold test). they seemed thorough and professional. i was happy with their service

All of the staff are EXTREMELY friendly. However, it was a HUGE learning experience. They came to the house at 830 at night while we had a newborn and a 2 year old because we discovered a leak under our sink. They explained to us their 3 step process: 1) Water Extraction 2) Mold Remediation 3) Rebuilding We felt so thankful they were able to come to our house so quickly and at a late hour they gave us a contract to sign. At that late hour, we did not realize we were signing a contract where they were also acting as a public adjuster to our insurance company. (They are not a licensed public adjuster!!! Beware!) Result: They were unable to complete the job that we wanted for our kitchen due to their lack of experience in kitchen design. We needed to bring in a general contractor to complete the job we needed. As a result, since we did not use Neoform to rebuild they demanded 20% of what we received from the insurance company even though we were not using them for the job. #1: They were NOT able to complete the job we needed. #2:According to them we were supposed to rely on them to get the money we needed from the insurance company. As a result,they were unsuccessful in receiving an appropriate amount to pay for damages and rebuilding. After working with a licensed company, the insurance company doubled the money to pay for damages because we were working with qualified professionals. In the end, we paid $3,000 too much to Neoform for doing a a poor job pretending to act as a licensed public adjustor with our insurance company. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Please watch what you sign!! While they are very friendly, they take advantage of consumers!

The team at Home Angels by Neoform worked with us on everything involved in each step of this project. Their scope extended from initial investigation and remediation of a water leak and the resulting black mold, through working with our insurance provider to installing a fully renovated kitchen. From the onset of works the whole team; Pete Forte (Rebuild Manager) Brittany Butler (Office Manager) Frankie Soriano and Nick Partington (owners) were affable, professional and always available to discuss the project. When the water leak and mold were first discovered, Home Angels removed the affected dry wall and kitchen cabinets, went about setting up a quarantine area and set up dehumidifiers and fans to remedy the problem. During this time and in conjunction with our insurance company's assessor, Frankie/Nick/Justin worked with us to handle all the paperwork and processes that go along with any significant water leak. Any questions or concerns we had were swiftly and deftly dealt with by both Pete and Brittany. Once the insurance side of things had been handled, a scope of work was laid out. This included kitchen design, tile and paint choices and so forth. Home Angles made this process very clear and easy to follow, with full line by line details of what was involved, pricing and the estimated duration. The Home Angels office on High Ridge Road, Boynton Beach, proved to be a bright, refreshing and productive environment with Office Manger, Brittany able to take us through cabinet styles and colors, cabinet hardware options and the same for tile. Kitchen mock ups were easily and expertly put together by Brittany as we looked at several possible kitchen layout options. Seeing the renderings made it easy to envisage the end result. The end result is nothing short of spectacular. As with all jobs there were some hiccups and bumps along the way, but the Home Angels team took these onboard, addressed them in a timely and professional manner and delivered a truly excellent service that we would recommend to anyone. If you want a company that is easy to work with, approachable, listens to you, is clean, considerate and overall a pleasure to engage with then you can do no better than Home Angels!

The Home Angels team was punctual, professional, courteous, and worked with minimal intrusion when removing the mold in the upstairs Third Bedroom Closet. Everything was explained to me in layman's terms and all conversations very professional with the utmost decorum. The bid given was in the range of the additional bids that I requested. I chose Home Angels based on the reviews documented on Angie's list. Even though there was a small (contained) amount of mold, the fact that the mold was buttressed against the A/C handler made it a drawn out process. First, the mold remediation process takes place. The blowers had to be continually run for 24 hours. The independent mold testing has to be done. The results have to come back with "mold free" before they can proceed. The A/C handler had to be removed in order to put in my dry wall (NO AIR CONDITIONING). The drywall has to put back. The drywall has to dry first before having "texture" put on it before being painted. The carpet that was removed has to be put back. Anyone reading this should be cognizant that mold removal is not a simple nor "speedy" process. One should go in knowing that it will take more than "two" days ! The Home Angels team was professional and would use them again.

It went pretty good! Everyone from the gentleman who did the mold inspection down was extremely professional, polite, and clean cut. We then went to the tile selection facility. There was no hard sell, they were very profession- which I appreciated. My only suggestion would be that the demolition date before they ordered supplies could have been better coordinated.

All of the work in the garage seemed to go pretty well. The first batch of epoxy paint they tried to apply was bad, so they went back to the manufacturer and got a better batch. The floor looks great and will hopefully stay that way. The ceiling and walls look perfect! In the kitchen, they tried to match up the texture with the rest of the ceiling but it was way off! Then they brought in a different machine and it matched the original texture almost exactly! It looks great. No one would ever guess that a repair had been done. The living room had problems with the texture applied and it just did not look good at all. After a couple of attempts to make it look better, Pete (our onsite representative from the company) brought in specialists to take care of the cosmetic aspect and the problem was solved! The ceiling looks fabulous now but the whole process took weeks longer than it should have. All in all, I found Home Angels to be very honest and professional. I think we could have avoided some of the initial problems if they were personally there more often to oversee the work being done. That contributed to the delay of finishing the project in a timely manner. But they did make everything beautiful in the end. They wanted to ensure that I was pleased .....and I was. I would hire them again.

Justin was PUNCTUAL. What a wonderful thing! Personable and honest. Estimate for the small area of concern was received the same day via email. Who could ask for anything more?

They told me what I could do but, I have to wait. They sent me an estimate. They were polite and I think that they were very thorough. They are the only ones that said that they will take it apart, fix it and put it back together. I did not pay more yet. If I decide to hire them I will pay the estimate. I think that they did a good job. I would use them again.

Arrived on time. They were thorough, professional and respectful. Would even take a tip!

Home Angels came to my home during a very sensitive time and did a wonderful job. I had a leak that started in my kitchen and flooded the better part of my home. The insurance process can be a very drawn-out and daunting process at times and they made the experience painless. Their entire staff from owners, to administrative, to technicians went above and beyond to keep me informed and satisfied. Everyone was very polite and mindful of myself and my home.

They performed excellently, were prompt and kept their promises. They cleaned the place up nicely.

The work was of a high quality and we were very satisfied. The insurance company kept trying to under price the work. NeoFarm went back to them multiple times and got more money from them. They were actually able to refund us some of our initial deposit which was required to start the work upon signing the initial contract.

My family has been in the residential and commercial construction trades in New York city for 3 generations; unfortunately the water leak and flood under my kitchen sink occurred in Florida. Neoform was referred to me by another retired contractor who was extremely pleased with the company. Within 2 hours after my call a crew and the owner were in my home assessing the damage. Three inches of water was pumped, wet sheetrock and cabinets were removed and 3 dehumidifiers were operating all in the span of 90 minutes. Neoform returned the following day to check to progress and again the next day to remove the equipment after everything was dry. When deciding on a contractor here is what counts: 1. What started out as a wet mess was transformed to a beautiful kitchen delivered on time and under budget. Well done Neoform.

We had a damaged leaky pipe and so we had a flood in the garage and water in the walls. So they had to put new pipes in which involved putting holes in the walls, patching up the drywall, painting and cleanup. I was blessed that they started the job before they got paid and put in the new pipes and took the mold out of the walls and patched up the holes. While my mom was in the hospital it was important to me that they finish up before she came home. The majority of the work was accomplished when she got home. I was very pleased with the help from the men - they went above and beyond their duties to help out around the house to get her set up and didn't charge extra for it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The employees were very punctual, right on time or even early. They always called before coming over to ensure that we were there. Were very responsive to any questions that we had and honest.

The over-all process took 6 weeks with a very professional attitude maintained by the staff. The quality of the work was very good with no issues found when the process was completed.

The whole was very well executed and the timeline owner Nick Partington gave us was accurate, that is all work was done within the time he predicted. The workers were polite and know their trade.

It was great except for the holes in the walls to dry the things out that was stressful, but it all worked out in the end.

Following a nasty air conditioning leak which destroyed everything it touched we needed major help to repair the damage. Neoform was fantastic from start to finish. They are professional, efficient, and very skilled. From dealing with the insurance company, to completing the repairs, and even the finishing touches, they did it all! We couldn't be happier with the end result and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of home repair or construction. Thanks again Neoform!
