+ -1 moreHe did some random repairs around the house in preparation for a wedding. His price was more than fair. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
Description of Work: He put some caulking in and fixed my outside pavers.

handyman service, pressure washing
+ 0 moreAs I said above, they were on time, clean, polite, respectful and pleasant and set to work immediately with no wasted time.The jobs were done to my satisfaction and they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them and intend to useCarlous the next time anything needs fixing.
Description of Work: Carlous returned my call promptly and we discussed the many jobs I needed done. He gave me an approximnate price range and we set a date and time for him to come to my home. He was a little late but called to let me know he would be, which I greatly appreciated. Carlous came with two men and all three were polite, respectful and clean. They set to work and in four hours they: pressure cleaned my brick patio and hurricane shutters. Took down wooden window shutters and replaced with new ones. Vacuumed mouse droppings in my attic, fixed baseboard moldings that had come loose, cleaned and pressure washed my gutters, replaced doors on my bathroom vanity and fixed the vanity sink, recaulked my kitchen cabinets which had settled and cleaned off my outiside fans.
