Ron, the technician, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and proceeded to do a typical exterior pressure washing utilizing standard equipment. He was friendly and very professional. I was impressed by his broad knowledge and ability to answer all of my (many) questions. My home exterior is now virtually spotless. Ron explained why some existing spots were simply impenetrable and could not be removed, which wasn't a huge surprise as all homes have such issues. I showed Ron other work that needed to be done in the future, especially in my master bathroom. He said he would get back to me after discussing with Hal, the owner of Grandview Home Remodeling. I strongly recommend Grandview Home Remodeling.

THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED ALL THE SURFACES COMPLETELY. MY HOUSE NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD! MR. MILLER PERSONALLY SUPERVISED ALL THE WORK HIMSELF. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP & PAINTED PERFECTLY. AT FIRST, I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS SO LOW, BUT WOW, AM I HAPPY!!

This was amazing in this day in time. I called Mr. Miller requesting to have my Patio Pressured cleaned. He was VERY polite and said he could do it next week (11/18). I mentioned I was having a party on 11/15 and wanted to have the patio looking good. He called me back w/in 30 min. to tell me he rearranged his schedule to be at my house on Friday 11/14. Have you ever heard of that? He did show up Friday morning at 10am and did not only do the Patio BUT the pool screens, the front stoop stone area, my driveway and front on the house. His guy is a GEM! I'm so happy to have found him- Thanks ANGIE!

The job was perfect and well as the contractor! Cleaned up after himself, professional and would definitely refer.

All I can say is Hal is fantastic! He is essentially, a one-man band....preferring to do almost all the work himself. I think he only subcontracted the rough-in plumbing and glass shower doors. Everything else he did himself, with knowledge, skill and effort. An experienced custom builder like Hal may have been overkill for my limited remodel of my 50 year old home, but it turns out, no job was too small. Hal did an excellent job during estimation of costs, selection, pick-up and delivery of materials and the overall physical work (demo thru construction and painting). Also, very neat, clean and tidy, as well as, respectful of me and my home. I trust him completely and had no issues whatsoever. Hal is very dependable and a perfectionist, treating my home as if it was his own. He volunteered to work over a holiday weekend, to keep on schedule. He completed everything we planned and a few extras I requested within about 8 weeks. That is a very quick turnaround in my book. I will use Hal and Grandview again in the future and strongly suggest you call him today for any remodel needs.

The guy's name is HAL MILLER and he was GREAT!! He came by (when he said he would), gave me an estimate and said he wanted NO MONEY until the work was completed! THIS IS A FIRST for me! He did the work "ON TIME" and even did more than we talked about. This guy HAL has Excellent Workmanship, He was Prompt and he CLEANED UP before he left! I wish I had more for him to do. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone! ANGIE NEEDS GUYS LIKE THIS!
