Description of Work: Removed entire pool deck surface of appx 550 sq ft. Filled, repaired, leveled, and applied new coating of Sundek surface material, sprayed new contrasting colors. They cleverly worked in a freehand scoreline to make the deck unique. The deck was then sprayed with a sealer which is holding up fine. |With temperature changes, in February a hairline crack developed and after letting it stabilize I called Cory, the Rep/Salesman/problem fixer from Gold Coast Surfaces, Inc. who is the local Sundek dealer. |Twenty four hours later he checked the crack, walked the rest of the deck to make sure there were no other issues and the next day a pro repair specialist, ( I'm really sorry I forgot his name)showed up, tools in hand and made the crack disappear. Clean, polite, perfect job. |The two guys, Jose and another forgotten name, who did the actual deck job were always on time, polite to inquiring neighbors, worked clean, left no mess behind, ever. The quality of their work and their work ethic were admirable. I highly recommend Gold Coast for any job. |The completed project which included bonding agents,two base coats of cement and the textured final coat of cement which was sealed has left me with a solid, beautiful deck, which as a bonus, is actually much cooler to walk on barefoot, than my neighbor's "Kool Deck" brand application.

Description of Work: Old concrete pool deck was removed. New concrete, texture and color were applied and an upper porch area was painted to match. There were a number of delays in work and some problems arose. Most were handled eventually and the finished work looks nice. Do get everything in writing.
