Overall, the contract went very well. There was a 3-week wait once I signed the contract as they were very busy. There was a small snafu in who was to call whom to set up the appointment, however, once I called the office, they quickly found a slot. The work was delayed one week due to another large job in the area that was not ready (which I agreed to). We then had another small communication snafu as office staff was on vacation and there was some backup in confirming appointments, however, again quickly resolved. Once the job started it took three days (just to allow drying time in between work) - started on a Monday and finished on Wednesday. All staff involved were very professional and courteous, from the first contact with the salesperson to office staff, to manager and the installation team. I wish all the other work I had done over the last two months was this pleasant of an experience.

Cory Schecter, Sales Manager for Sundek, responded to our request for an estimate in a timely manner; however, upon coming to our home to give us an estimate for stamped concrete, he advised us that the cost would be high because we were increasing our patio/concrete slab by such a "small" amount, which proved to be true.

The crew showed up on time, performed the services promised. The project was able to be finished within a week, which was what we wanted. The concrete patio had to be prepared to accept the new materials, which was done in one to two days. The final stamping was completed a few days later, after everything dried. The entire team was very attentive and meticulous about what they were doing. So, overall we were pleased. There were two issues which were attended to once brought to their attention, so all in all a good experience. One issue, the patio screens, sliders and flowers outside were covered with whatever was used inside the patio. We had been told that screening was put up so that would not happen. But, it was addressed as soon as we pointed it out. The windows were cleaned and the screens were touched up. The other issue was that the power used for the tools blew out out electric on our patio, so they had to use an outlet inside the house. When one of the workers walked by our brand new sofa, he got paint on it. That was a very big disappointment, but it has since been resolved and looks alright. This is a very good company that I would use again, when needed.

Started fine. Job was suppose to take a week. Took over three. Problem with rust from rebar coming up through and staining the cement. Company wanted to tear up the cement again but the screening around the pool barely survivied the first removal. Opted to go with a darker colorpaint on cement to cover future bleed through staining. There was a delay of several days before we were informed of the problem. Overall the pool deck looks very nice. The problem throughout was a lack of communication with us.

Dana from Sundek came out and gave me great ideas and we selected our design, she provided a quote containing costs outlining both labor and materials. She worked with me on the costs, which I really appreciated and we scheduled the job and they completed the work on schedule and on budget. I highly recommend working with Dana at Sundek!!!

The workers arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. When we needed to repaint one section, they promptly sent over a sample size of the paint. Very nice people to work with.

The estimator was friendly and accurate and steered us to the proper, not the most expensive, flooring for us. The laborers were professional, on time, and friendly. They did a fantastic job.

Removing the existing surface was a really dusty operation because the concrete surface had to be pulverized. It took several days. Once that was done, putting down three coats of concrete took several more days. The work was also interrupted by rain. The result was worth the dust and the wait. My wife and I are very pleased with it and we love our new deck. It never looked so good before.

They are excellent. They actually delivered exactly what they said they would and the quality of the work was very good.
