Hi [Member name removed]. Please bring a clear explanation with details. I gave to your father two days working by hour at the same price as a deal. As every where we where working as better as we could. Your father where asking to compensate for the time at lunch or for any small rest. It was very uncomfortable situation but I gave him more time that in my honest appreciation was. I just was avoiding any problem. Now I'm very surprised with this note. You paid me when we finished. Mr. [member name removed]. you have the right to disagree. I have the right to request advance money when the amount of materials is so high in proportion to the whole of the contract. Almost 100% of my contracts have 50% deposit at the time to sign and schedule date to start working. I do my major effort to please my clients but there is always someone waiting more.
