I have hired Established Moving 6 times, most recently today. They are professional, reliable, dependable, and honest. Their pricing is fair, and no hidden charges! Ryan is great to work with and Anthony is a great mover! Highly recommend.

Wasted a lot of time with communication with office. Nickle and diming Went from $387, went $530

Horrible experience. They lie, they change their pricing, they do not release your stuff until you pay, and they change a credit card transaction fee. Movers arrived 7 hours late. Dispatcher kept lying, saying they would be there in the next hour. One of the movers said if he found a $100 bill or AMEX card in the sofa, he was keeping it. .unprofessional. They both kept saying that the destination was 15 min away, 3 times, I corrected them, saying it 30 minutes away. Then they would say that it did not matter as they would be following me. They packed our cart in their truck. We found it at the back, almost buried. We went into the house and heard the truck start up. By the time we got outside, they were gone. We rushed to catch up to them, it only went south from there. We got to the destination, no sign of the truck. Trying calling them, no response. Called the dispatcher, who assured us that they would not just take off with our stuff. Lead then called to say he stopped at the gas station and was rushing, he did not think he needed to let us know they were leaving. They showed up 45 min later, then wanted to argue with me as to why we are to pay for their delay. I told them to just get the furniture inside as I did not want to add more time to the job by arguing. Then they refused to unload without payment, with an estimated end time being more than was previously quoted. Find out later that they had hidden fees...credit card transaction fee.

Horrible service. Will NEVER hire again nor recommend this horrible company. Company is pure TRASH

Excellent service! They arrived 15 minutes early disassembled my bed frame flawlessly and reassembled it in the new home within minutes.

I was impressed by how professional and courteous the movers were. They introduced themselves and explained their plan for the day. Each piece of furniture was wrapped with protective coverings and they used plastic wrap for my mattress to keep it clean. Their careful handling of everything especially my piano was a huge relief.

While we were moving without planning to their great help saved the day. Even though I had already committed to another company they stepped in to make sure the move went smoothly so I was sure of my choice.

This moving crew gave us the best service from start to finish. They were quick organized and friendly when answering our questions. Moving from one state to another can be but this company made it easy.

They packed my things and moved them down two flights of stairs without breaking them in less than three hours. There were no breaks or dents when it arrived. They were adept at moving the automated washing machine and large clock through confined places. They moved over difficult terrain with dolly and movable straps without inflicting any harm.

They made sure to pad and protect my antique china cabinet and grandfather clock. They also used a dolly to transport my large couch down the narrow hallway avoiding any scratches or dents. I was amazed by their care for my belongings.
