+ -1 moreThey sent the girls and they did the good job. I called them four times and they didn't call back. So I called them back and said I don't want to do business with them again. They called me a few days later and said they could send somebody to do the job.The girls who came down to do the job took a lot of things back with them. I called their office and told them and they said how can you prove that it was them who took all the things. I've used them for a long time but they have changed. They have become unreliable.

+ -1 moreThe price varies with the amount of cleaning they have to do. There were two girls and they spent two hours. I only have one person in my house so there is not a lot of mess. They are very good, competent and honest. They don't fool around. They try to do a good job. They don't waste time and they do their job. I didn't have any problems whatsoever. I've used them for at least 8-10 years. I haven't compared their prices. They are punctual. If they get caught up in traffic, they always call. I will definitely continue to use them.
Description of Work: I use East Coast Cleaning Company for complete housecleaning. They washed the floors, made the beds and did everything. They vacuumed the carpet.
