I called Derek on 8/12 because our dryer smelled like perhaps there was something burning in it. He came today, the next morning, and cleaned our vent for us. His work was very thorough: he cleaned what he could reach with his equipment inside the dryer. He cleaned the vent using a long brush and an adapted vacuum that allowed him to clean right up to the top of our vent (about 20 feet up) without making a dusty mess in the house. He installed a missing clamp on our system (for only $5 more), and went up on the roof to check that everything was working at the other end too. He arrived on time and was done in just under an hour. I'm very pleased.

Derek came to the house on time and was very professional. He solved our clogged dryer vent swiftly and cleaned up any debris afterwards. He was honest and straightforwards and we would hire him again in the future.

He was on time, attentive to being clean in the house, and cleaned the dryer vent. He was very thorough. I was pleased with the service and the price.

He did a good job but said he wouldn't come back out to Loxahatchee or Jupiter because he was loosing money on the deal from where he was starting out from with the cost of gas and the tolls. Too bad because he was very nice however I could buy the same tools he used at Lowes for under $40.00 and do it myself. He tried to sell me a new vent hose that I could get at Home Depot or Lowes cheaper.

Appointment was for 8 am. He called, parked in front of my home at 8 am. Saw what had to be done and was in and out about 45 minutes. I bought the service for 54.00 on special, but was told WAY in advance about the extra 25.00 fee for a 2nd floor which I had absolutely no problems with. The gentlemen who came was very polite and professional. He alerted me to the need of having this done in a about a year and we will definitely use him again when the time comes. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

The entire experience with Dryer Vent Cleaning, from first contact to completion of the job, was excellent! The service we received from Derek, the owner, was superb. The vent was years overdue for a clean out when this company appeared as an and quot;Angie's Dealand quot; at a very low price. We knew we had quite a buildup of lint but Derek also found the vent completely blocked where it exits at the roof. Now the dryer runs much more efficiently than when we purchased it 1 yr. ago. We asked Derek to return on a yearly basis. It is all they do and they use specialized equipment for the work. We recommend this company to anyone that is looking for this service.

ghis i had a discount coupon from angies list ,so i thought i would try it .derek had good reviews so i tried his service.it was better than i expected.he arrived on time he totally cleaned out the vent with a machine i had never seen.he than went on the roof and cleaned out the vent .the dryer works much better.he cleaned up everything.i would highly recommend him and will use him again.

Derek came at the time of the appointment, was polite and explained what he would do, then he did it. I would recommend him and will use him again as needed.

The technician arrived at my house, took a look at the location of the dryer and then brought in his equipment. He pulled the dryer away from the wall and inspected it, thus discovering that the coil was dented and therefore made it less efficient in drying. He offered a new coil for $10.00 and it was fine. He completed the task in a very reasonable amount of time. He also said he taped up a portion of the dryer that extends into the attic and he showed a picture of the work he did up there in the attic. I did not know he looked in the attic. Sol all in all a good experience.

He showed up as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. Came in and did his job, showed me the lint that he pulled from my roof filter (unbelievable!!!). He did his job and was in and out in no time. Very pleased with his work ethic.

As a new homeowner, I was ready to replace the inefficient dryer when I figured I'd give cleaning the ducts a shot first. Derek arrived right on time. went up on the roof and came back down with a fistful of lint that was clogging the screen. The he began vacuuming up thru the duct and I was totally in shock by the amount of lint that came out..it looked like someone sheered a sheep! I don't think the prior owners ever had them cleaned. I was thisclose to having a fire! For a few extra dollars he adjusted and re-clamped the vent going to the dryer. Since Derek only does dryer vent cleaning, you won't get talked into AC duct cleaning ect. the other companies might push on you that you don't need. He's personable, trustworthy, and I will definitely .use him again. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Derek has been at our house for several years. Always punctual, always explains if there are any issues. A professional at his job!

Derek, owner/operator, was on time, polite, friendly, clean truck, wore booties to protect my floors, laid a drop cloth. Cleaned dryer shaft of lint then the hose to the vent, then the vent all the way to the roof. He went in the attic and on the roof to visually inspect. All took about 40 min. A very pleasant experience and I'm confident his methods and equipment got the job done efficiently. The dryer had to run two cycles to get the clothes dry before, it only has to run one now after Derek's service.

This is the second time I used the Dryer Vent Specialists. They are very professional, prompt, neat and reasonable. Used another company a few years ago and was not happy with them. They come very highly recommended.
