They did fine. They seemed very thorough. He took down the birds nest in the vents. I don't know if he carries birds nest with him to pull out of everybody's vents but he pulled it out, the dryer is working better. We're happy. He showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do. The work seems to have been done properly.

It was an excellent service. What I like about their service is it is very prompt. He answers right away and sets appointment quite early. He comes right in and does his work very professionally. He doesn’t bother you and takes care of everything regarding it. He picks up and cleans up after work. He closes the doors in the room and turn off the lights and leaves. I’ve used him twice now and I’ll never use anyone else as long as he’s in business. I feel that the price is very reasonable for what he did.

The service worked out very well. He came out two or three days after I purchased the Big Deal. There was no additional cost on top of the $39 Big Deal. He was very good. He knew exactly what he needed to do. He went right to it and did it.

I think price was a bit higher than last big deal but still certainly worth the price I paid. Instead of having to buy a new dryer, getting the dryer vent cleaned was the way to go. Appointment was only a few days after buying deal and came when promised. Thanks again and would certainly recommend.

He was on time, friendly and professional. He moved the dryer and cleaned anything that might hold dryer lint inside and outside the house. P:ut the dryer back in place and left no mess behind. I would definitey use this company again.

The price was also a special purchase (big deal) which was more than fair. I was never notified of any of these concerns and I was not given the chance to discuss your concerns."
