Was hired when she came fto cover for a friend for window treatment measurements. We never - had a contract. She did a decent job with some renovations her contacts were fairly good. However, her electricians were horrible and used poor quailty wiring and we eventually had to replace all their work. She got very angry when we decided did not use her for decorating. We never had an agreement to use her for decorating but said we were open to see what direction she would go. We quickly decided although she could handle simlpe construction and plumbing issues we found her unprepared and had no floor plan and was unfamiliar with sources and we found her taste not at all what we were looking forward. st keys to door locks we had installed and "lost" the detailed archetectual plans and refused to replace them. When we told her we would be putting the decorating and would use a contact from New York she became very angry and spiteful. It became very unpleasant.
