I have used Mike DeRosa's firm, Derco Construction, for a variety of work around my home for about 5 years. Sometimes Mike's own team will do the work onsite and other times Mike will provide an expert for me to have the work done. Each time, Mike oversees the work himself, coming to the job site throughout the period the work is being done and ensuring that it goes well. In the past, Mike has worked with me on custom built in's, electrical re-wiring, plumbing referrals, landscaping referrals and interior and exterior finishes to my home. With the window replacement, the extent of the interior plaster refinishing - rebuilding dry wall, refinishing walls and repainting - was extensive and required artistry as well as engineering sense. Reggie on Mike's team is a master - he comes in, assesses the situation and gets to work. The result is that the new wall looks better than the original - a new doorway works and looks better than it did before the work was done. Joey on Mike's team oversaw all the exterior rebuilding of stucco around the windows. Again, attention to detail and making the new set up function better (in terms of look and drainage) was fantastic. Mike's team comes on time each day and ensures that your home looks better than before they arrived - the clean up is thorough and well done. Another thing about this team - they treat your home as if it were their own - very respectful and caring. Mike is someone I would use time and time again - he is always top notch and reliable in addition to providing great work regardless of the type of job contracted.
