Linda came out promised a bid and design but despite two follow up calls never heard from them.

First contacted them for prices on mature coconut palms (10 to 20 Feet). Linda called back later with the following prices: 15' trees would cost $1250 to $1500 plus $350 each for installation. I asked for price on 10 foot trees and she called back the next day with the following conflicting information: 15' trees for $1800 each and 20' trees for $2100 each. Installation for three trees would be $600. I again asked about smaller trees and she said the owner, Bob would call me back. He didn't. I called one more time and spoken to a different person named Linda and she said Bob was going out of town so she'd have Chris call me. They never called me back.

Signed a $5000 contract with this company (Chris was the salesperson) then spent 10 days trying to get someone to call us back to make minor modification based on HOA requirement. Not only did they let several phone and email messages go unreturned, they happily refunded our $2750 deposit after we grew tired of chasing them with no phone call or concern as to why a customer would choose to leave them. Never received a call from the salesperson Chris or the owner. Very unprofessional. Would not be surprised if they are out of business very soon.

Completed tear out and cleaned up the lot. These folks are the consummate professionals, everybody in this company is first rate. I plan on using Delray Garden Center for the final design and the installation of new lawn, assorted plantings and specimen trees.

They are overseeing and coordinating landscaping and other outdoor-related construction projects on an outdoor renovation job I am having done. The true landscaping work they are doing will cost about $20,000. The big advantage to this company is that there are permits involved which requires interaction with the city and they will work through the permitting process with the city. They have done work with the city for a long time. It is a family-owned business and they know some people at city hall so that was a big factor in why I chose them to do the work.

We probably weren't the smartest of shoppers. For what we got, we overpaid. At this point we feel like what we were really sold were expensive pots we could have gotten elsewhere for less. It turns out the plants aren't guaranteed for any period of time IF, as they told us (later) they put them into pots. How that differs from their putting them into the ground escapes me. So we have an expensive plant that appears to be dying. Yesterday we were told when I called about it that the plant doesn't like a lot of water. Okay, so it rains in Florida and besides what we give the plant, it's going to get wet. Home Depot guarantees all of their plants...no matter what. That's where we'll be shopping for any additional plants we add. The pots are very nice; make sure you as questions before you buy your plants.

Another fantastic job by Delray Garden Center.

There are cheaper companies but they do really quality work and give a year warranty. We've worked with them 2-3 time over the past 16 years. We usually work with Amanda who has been working with the company for 5 or 6.

They were terrific. They were very helpful. The plants are healthy.

I spoke to someone and they were supposed to come out the next day for an estimate. They never showed and never called.

Visited the Garden Center with husband. Found someone who seemed knowledgeable that answered our questions. Spoke to Kim who said she's have someone call us for a free estimate at home. She walked the note with our info over to the main office to put on the boss' desk. Never heard from them. Called them and left a message asking for return call to give THEM business and never got a call back.
