+ -1 moreHe sold my Mom's house in a down market to someone looking for an investment income. He was very helpful and really guided my Mom, who is in her 90's throughout the process. He was very respectful of my Mother who sometimes needs to have things repeated several times. I was assisting my Mom in this process and I had never owned or sold a home before yet he was very patient with me and helped build my confidence which made the process go more easily.
Description of Work: Daryl was great to work with. He is a busy guy but he treats even small projects with respect and consideration. He helped guide me (a first time home seller) thru the selling process and we got it done in a down economy in 15 days. He always picked up the phone when we had questions. He has an assistant which makes reaching him easier. He knows vendors in the South Florida area and made good recommendations for us with roofers so we could fix up the house prior to selling it. We found him to be very knowledgeable and affable. We would use him again.
