Ron replaced the Hardrive on my HP Touchsmart 520 PC Work was completed in a 24 hour period. It now runs better than when it was new, thanks to a solid state hardrive. Highly reccomend Computer Help, Inc.

When Windows 7 failed to load on my aging PC, I began looking for in-home help. Mr. Ron Gotti contacted me immediately by phone. I didn't know if my hard drive had died or if it could be revived but I was very firm about what I wanted done. When Mr. Gotti arrived at my home he was well prepared with an arsenal of diagnostic tools and a new hard drive just in case. As it turned out he needed all of the above. I had high expectations of Mr. Gotti and he delivered. He is punctual, pleasant, trustworthy, professional, and efficient. Even the dog liked him. His stated goal was to leave me with a fully functioning computer. He did that. My data was retrievable and my new hard drive is lightning fast. I am a happy camper. I will definitely call on Mr. Gotti again.
