Castle Tile, Marble & Granite Inc

I had a horrible experience with this company. I looked at several pieces of granite that I thought would fit my kitchen, needed to match the granite with my back slash tile and get them to come to my home to measure to give me the actual price. In order to start the process or to even have them come out to measure to do an exact price they have you put down a credit card for a deposit before they come out to measure. They told me and approximate price for a kitchen my size was 2,100 they had to charge 50% of the job on my card as a deposit. I was told that I would have time to change my granite selection for my back splash tile and any changes in price do to measurement. The company didn't even come to my house to measure. I looked at the granite on Saturday afternoon, put a deposit down and Saturday night changed my mind on the granite. Called on Monday morning (since they were closed on Sunday), to cancel the order. the owner refused to refund my money told me I would have to pay him $800.00 even though they never came to my house to measure, they never cut any granite! When I told him no way- he tried negotiating price "you pay $600" I called Discover after a month, Discover responded with I had to pay this merchant because he produced paper claiming he delivered and installed the granite with a fake signature! I disputed again with Discover to go to court. All the time the charge was on my card 4 months it took. I finally had to go back to Castle Marble and make a huge scene in his store brought several backup large guys and loudly disputed the charges. I (well my friends) finally got the owner to refund my 1,000. I had to agreed to be charged $150.00 for having shopped in his store for 35 mins. Do Not BUY From These People. Very Shady Business.
