Description of Work: The installation of my new ornate gate went well and I thought the cost was reasonable. However the gate latch began to rust after 6 months. When I called Bullfrog the man on the phone said what can I expect from an inexpensive fence, coupled with the damp weather we have in Florida. I proceeded to explain to him that it was an ornate gate with a rusting latch he said he would not replace it but "drop off" touch up paint. When I called back to find out why the paint was never dropped off and to complain about the poor customer service I received, I was advised by the receptionist that he was the owner of the company. And BTW ... The touch up paint was never dropped off as promised.
