Service from Bergeron Plumbing was first class. They'll be my "go to" guys for plumbing needs. They were responsive, thorough, on-time, and thoroughly professional. Price was fair and appropriate. These guys are winners!

Service was great in every way possible. They came the same day within 2 hours, excellent price compared to other companies, efficient installation, knowledgeable plumber who answered a number of questions. He looked at my faucet with a dirty screen and fixed it for no charge and provided me with an estimate on another future job. I felt the service i received was honest and dependable. I highly recommend this company.

A quick contract and sale of my home led to the Buyer's home inspection in just 2 days. Selling the house for my mother, I'm not familiar with the area or its professionals. Bergeron Plumbing answered their phone and was very accommodating with making a fast and convenient appointment for me. There was a minor leak (that only occured when the valve was shut off) but I wanted the entire system checked out so that the inspection would go smoothly without any red-lights going off for the Buyers, hence, a faster closing and Buyers' confidence in the maintenance of the house they are about to buy.They fixed the leak, checked out the system, removed an old water filter (it was originally hooked up incorrectly and made the area under the kitchen sink look crowded and amateurly messy). After he was done the sink plumbing looked clean and allowed the function of the pull out platform in the cabinet.Recommendations were made with honest descriptions and opinions of whether or not additional work was "worth it" from a customer's standpoint....with my goals and intentions in mind. Imagine that, what's good for the customer. The price charged was right in line with what I imagined it would be, and I was delighted to pull out and card to pay for it.(By the way the some inspector found zero problems with the plumbing! -- We're on our way to closing with peace of mind, and pride in our home that we're passing down to the next owners.)Fine job. Good rapport. Professional workmanship. Considerate of customer's needs. Prompt and positive.Highly recommended. Even left their business card in a folder as a recommendation for the new owners.

My water heater stated leaking and overnight soaked my garage and the bedroom next to the garage. I called Dave early (before 7am) on Saturday morning and he responded within 15 minutes. Dave, the owner, said it would be no problem to replace the unit and he would be out in an hour. He showed up in about 30-45 minutes with a new water heater. Within 2 hours he had replaced the old unit and modified the water pipes for the taller tank, 50 instead of the 40 gallon it replaced. After the install another technician from Bergeron had to come out to replace the electrical connection to the wall. New code requires a hard-wired electrical supply and the tech came at the time Dave stated he would and was finished re-wiring the heater and my wall outlet quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they responded. I would most definitely call on Dave or any of his team again.

I had a shower that had no hot water. Not a big deal to fix, but above my expertise. I called and in approx 45 min I had someone at my door to fix the problem. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He would had the valve replaced in about 15 minutes and I had hot water again in my shower. I only paid 150.00 but with the prompt service, and quick repair I would have been glad to pay more. I appreciate the prompt service and will most definitely use and recommend to anyone I know looking for a plumber.

He didn't charge me a lot for coming out. He was very professional. I would use him again.

Start-to-finish story described above.

I called Bergeron plumbing and spoke with the owner David. I explained that I had company over and had an emergency. My toilets were backed up. He came over with in 25 minutes and new exactly what the problem was. Very clean, pleasant and will use them again for sure. The invoice was less than expected!!!

Very professional and on time. He gave me an assessment before he began the work. He was at my home for about 3.5hours. He explained that because of the location of the pipe in the exterior concrete wall of my home, the it may take a bit more time to access the location necessary to replace one of the exterior garden hose faucets. It took him some time to chisel out the concrete around the location, but he got the job done fast. The kitchen faucet was installed fast and very clean. It looks fantastic!! All work was done neat and timely.

I had a very good experience. The plumber was polite, professional, and courteous. Also, he was able to come to my home the same day I called for help.

Went well. Have used them three times now, water heater, toilet install.

They did a good job and I thought they were reasonable.

I contacted them by email and they responded later in the day [a Sunday] and I called the next day and made an appointment for that afternoon. They efficiently analyzed the problem, opened the floor, fixed the leaking pipe and refilled the hole within an hour or so. I give them high marks for efficiency and courtesy.

The water heater started leaking on Sunday. I submitted a contact form on Angies List to Bergeron Plumbing after seeing their A rating and they called me 40 minutes later. They told me what to do to stop the water from leaking and what to do to use it temporarily. We had a lot of discussion on which type of water heater and size I would need. They were very very patient. They gave me a price over the phone to replace the water heater and scheduled a time to come out and replace it. On Monday, I received a text message that they were on the way (6 hours early!) and that the price was lower then what we agreed to! They came and installed it while we were at work. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity and would use them again! It is so rare to find people like this in South Florida!!! Was told he would call and visit to estimate the job the next afternoon after labor work in the AM. 2pm and no call. 4pm and no call. 5 pm, no call. Finally... I call him. He would've had my business if he had the courtesy to take 30 seconds out of his lunch break to call. Instead, after cancelling all afternoon plans, I had to call him after-hours to find out he wasn't coming. I'm sure his plumbing is great...but, I don't know that. I'd much rather be reporting about plumbing skills, but instead I'm leaving a poor report and hiring another plumber.

Dave is always dependable, professional, and reasonably priced.

Dave worked our non-emergency job in on the same day that I called him. He was prompt, efficient and fair. I will call on him when it is time to replace our aging water heater!

Dave Bergeron answered the call on the first call even though it was Sunday. He responded to the house within 20 minutes and quickly found the problem and repaired it. He was available, prompt, courteous, fair in pricing, and professional.

Jeff, who works with company owner, returned my call for service promptly. We scheduled for the same day and Jeff arrived on time, completed the repair in a timely manner and charged precisely the amount that was quotes beforehand. I could not be happier with the experience, and more importantly, my wife agrees!

The company responded the same day I sent them an E -Mail. (Thursday) They gave me estimate and said they could perform the work the following Momday. The following day (Friday) they called me and said they could come out Saturday at no additional cost. I was delighted. They came as promised and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

I called David Bergeron about a leaky washer hookup. He said that he would need to cut into the wall and replace part of the pipe as well as the faucets and gave me a price that was more than I was expecting. I questioned whether he could fix the faucet instead of replacing it but he said 20 years ago these parts were made to be maintained but not now. He recommended I call around for other estimates. I appreciated his honesty so I called back that afternoon and he was able to see me in the morning. He called to confirm the appointment that evening and let me know he had to make a stop in the morning and may be up to 30 minutes late. In the morning he was there as expected and completed the work in about an hour including an outside faucet that I wanted to have replaced for a while. He did great work and I'll call again when I need a plumber.

I initially spoke to the owner to schedule the appointment for a specific time in the afternoon as I work during the day and had to leave work to meet him. He agreed to call me when he was on his way. As it was approaching the appointment time, I had not heard from him so I called and he advised he was sick and was sending one of his employees. His replacement did arrive close to the originally scheduled time and looked at both toilets and was able to repair the issues which turned out to be relatively minor. I also asked him to look at the shower in a bathroom that I thought might be leaking. He looked at it and determined that it might take a some time to take apart the shower valve and as it was later in the day he did not have time to address. In the course of the conversation I learned he had been with Bergeron for two days but that he was an experienced plumber and I didn't have any issues with his work and he was professional. When I went to write the check for the service call, this is where I got a little antsy. He advised the owner told him to have the check made out to cash. This is the first time this has happened to me with any type of repair or service and it made me think twice about this company. The tech did give me the option to make it out to the company. I am not 100% comfortable with a relatively well rated plumber requesting payment be made to cash. Makes me wonder about the insurance.

Dave responded to our phone call and came right away to take a look at our leaky kitchen sink faucet and a leaky spigot outside the house. He fixed the spigot right on the spot, but told us it would be better to get a new faucet for the kitchen since ours was almost 20 years old...which we did. Desmond came the very next day and installed the new faucet for us. The price seemed very reasonable to us considering they made two trips to our house.
