Probably the best Angie's List referral that I've had so far! It was about 5 hours from the time I called Mike with the initial request to the time that I had hot water. Very professional, punctual, and prompt. No surprises except for the pleasant surprise of excellent service and workmanship. On top of this, they pulled a permit from the city for replacing the water heater -- something that our previous plumber did not do when he replaced our water heater before. Also, Mike charged about $300 less than our previous plumber charged us 6.25 years earlier. They also used a professional electrician to perform the task of hardwiring the water heater to the electrical source -- our previous water heater was connected via local receptacle. Nice job -- and very satisfied. Many thanks.

Within 2 hours of calling, the plumber arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable. He performed quality work at a reasonable price. This is the kind of work and service that one expects but rarely receives. We would use them again and recommend them without reservation

I called in the morning and Dave promptly called back within 30 minutes. He scheduled a time for the afternoon between 3-5. He was nice of enough to call back and schedule to come sooner due to a client cancellation. Another service man Jeff, arrived within 20 minutes of that call and asked what needed to be done. Upon showing him what was needed he got straight to work. They repaired both toilets and replaced a broken valve all within 30 - 40 minutes of arriving. Once the job was complete he asked if anything was needed prior to leaving. Prompt responsiveness and resolution to the issue.

The plumber was prompt and knowledgable. He quick;y declogged my drain (which by the way a past plumber failed to be able to do). I am very pleased with this company.Clogged drain. It has been a number of months and my drain still functions well.

Dave came right over on the way to another client to assess situation. He sent one of his resources to put in a new pipe. It was fixed and no problem. Price was a little less than estimated.

I was very pleased and the price was reasonable. I don't live there, but my tenants were also as pleased as they could be. It's just a water heater, but they're very, very happy.

Working with assistant in very limited space within the attic, replaced the section of pipe with the hole, resealed. Then ensured that the roof seal where the vent pipe comes out was completely sealed so I wouldn't need a roofer to repair it. Excellent job, very pleasant to work with.

David arrived on time and quickly solved problem. Would definitely call him again.

Overall the experience was excellent. Dave was able to determine a solution for the shower valve (Jado part) problem. He also suggested the perfect hot/cold water dispenser for the kitchen sink (Insinkerator) to replace one that wasn't functioning properly.

Called Bergeron Plumbing at around 8-9pm, on 12/12, as we noticed leaking coming from under the sink. Spoke to David, who explained where to look, etc. We called him back, as we had found the leak coming from the bottom of the disposal and he said that they could replace it the next day, and would call in the morning to schedule. Jeff called in the morning, scheduled for between 10-12pm, came out and replaced the disposal unit quickly, and without any kind of mess. He also answered my questions regarding a tank less water heater. When we spoke to David at night, and then with Jeff, both were very professional and low-key - there was definitely not a hard sell. They both were very straight forward with their explanations, and it made you feel like you did not have to worry that they would try to talk you into something you really did not need. We will definitely use them again, if and when the need arises.

Very friendly clean and explained everything in great detail. Service experience was first class. I was glad Angies list was able to refer me a local company and I was able to deal direct with the owner. Extremely pleased with prompt service and knowledge.

I had them come over and look at the job I wanted them to do, which was a water heater replacement, but they told me that in the fine print of the coupon, it says that they cannot perform that particular service. It was also very difficult to schedule an appointment with them. They also didn’t come on time, and I found that they did not go out of their way to make the scheduling an easy interaction.

The problem was that water was leaking from the toilet tank into the bowl and kept refilling itself. When I called I specifically told them that I had already replaced the flapper, so that was not the problem. When the repairman came he replaced the flappers on all 3 of my toilets and told me the problem was solved. When i questioned this I was told that I didn't use the right kind of flapper. (He had to use one of the new flappers that I had on hand for one of the toilets because his didn't work.) As I was handing him the check, the toilet tank filled itself up again. This time he rechecked the tank and said he would have to do more work on it, but that he didn't have the supplies in his truck. He came back the next day. He fixed the problem but now I have to hold the handle down until all of the solid waste is flushed. Also, the flapper he installed on the second toilet (his flapper) doesn't fit right, and doesn't always fall down in place correctly, so that I have to remove the top of the tank after each flush and reset the flapper.

COMPETENT, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL!

This is small local owned business and they concentrate on doing buisness in the Delray Beach area. The owner and his helper began work promptly. They were neat and cleaned up after the job. They delivered the water heater and installed it as well as doing other minor plumbing jobs. They do not use subcontractors to complete the job. I was pleased with their work performance and I believe their pricing was very reasonable for the job completed.
