Description of Work: BERGERON PLUMBING was doing work at one of my neighbor's house and I asked the plumber to fix a leak at the water main between the copper to PVC transition, which took 30 minutes to complete the repair. Instead of charging me for 30 minutes, I was charged for a service. This tells me that this company is not ethical and honest.

So next time you go to a restaurant and eat half the meal you should complain and pay for half. We charged a flat rate for the repair, so instead of commending us for fast efficient service, working quickly to repair your emergency water break to restore water to your home for your benefit we get a bad review? We just happened to be next door and did it for a courtesy. You should be thanking us, anyone else would have charged 3 times what we charged you.

Description of Work: They replaced an outside water line (faucet & pipe) that wouldn't stop dripping. The metal screw part was bent so when hose attached water went everywhere. It was a 2 part repair. I'd been given a $500+ estimate from a plumber prior to becoming a member of Angies List- so was delighted with having to pay a fraction of that, and he came the next day and did it. Great job. VERY PLEASED. |

Description of Work: I called on Monday and described a problem with water under my wood floors. I am in North Carolina and I have a tenant in my house in Boynton Beach. After calling David, he understood the concern in my voice for my renters who had no water coming into the house. He took the job immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. He took the initiative to look at the break before I arrived on the scene, but made sure he alerted the renters that he was there. His demeanor was very calming and he assured me that it wouldn't take that long and quickly quoted me $100, as long as it wasn't more than what met the eye. When he was done, that's exactly what he asked for. I'd recommend him to ANYONE in the area.
Description of Work: The main water line that provides water from the county lines to the house broke. David and I assessed the cause of the break, and he promptly repaired the line AND fixed the root cause. He was able to pull the copper pipe off easily, replace any PVC that was needed, and had all the parts to complete the job.
