+ -1 moreNice salesman. Only problem came with installation. They did not fully check the old carpet/steps against the type of new carpet ordered. New was not as thick as old so left open holes showing at step corners. They offered no resolution to fill the spaces. They also only padded the top of each step and not the underneath. Left all kinds of gaps underneath so carpet puckers to various degrees on the whole stairway. Of course, they did not want to redo it as would have required them to pay for new carpet. Their installer should have talked less, perhaps pulled the carpet tighter for less puckering and/or seen the issues, perhaps stopped installing to sort out problems. They provided no wood door lintel in doorway with two different carpets, they just sewed the new carpet to the old, looks terrible.

+ 0 moreGreat! I went to Barnard's Carpet One in the morning of 2/22/16, Corey was very helpful and pointed me to exactly what I was looking for and in the price range/quality I was looking for. The carpet was for an empty room in a house that is being prepared to go on the market. I told Corey the situation and he came to the house to measure at 11:00AM and the installers were able to install by the same afternoon. Corey was very nice and polite as well as the two men who installed the carpet. Great job by all!
Description of Work: Sold carpet and installed it in a guest bedroom.

I would recommend this owner operated flooring business without hesitation. Very knowledgeable and you get something you hardly see these days...SERVICE!u
Description of Work: I had carpet and hardwood floors installed in my house. They also performed a process called Healthy installation. It involved sealing off the room, using a heppa vacuum, spraying the floor with a barrier spray and utilizing a healty hyperallegenic pad. Ripped out the old and removed all old materials.
