Description of Work: My old computer had an OS failure. They diagnosed it for me for free and made recommendations. They had fine computers for sale but did not pressure me to buy one and when I found an excellent deal at Costco they recommended I take it. They transferred all of my date to the new computer for a $125 fee and did it in a timely fashion. All in all, I highly recommend their professional service.
