+ -1 moreI've used his service many times over many years for mainteance & annual reviews. Always nice & never looking to gold-plate the job. This last time was a perfect opportunity for him to just that but instead he saved me a lot of money in the long run.
Description of Work: I had him look over the a/c in a property I purchased. He replaced the air handler in the unit & determined the compressor had substantial useful life.
