Excellent service

Central A/C broke right before the Fourth of July Holiday. We have two zones. The second zone stopped working right after they had checked the first unit, given us an estimate, and, of course, left our home . With neither zone working and extremely hot weather, it would have been awful to be without A/C for several days. It was late in the afternoon, but I was able to contact the salesman and first thing in the morning they called to tell us that they were on their way with the new unit. They also sent someone out to check the other unit. They checked the second unit ( which someone else had installed) to see if it was still under warranty. It was. They did not have the part, but located it and were able to fix the unit. We are extremely grateful that they worked extra hard, and into the evening, to make sure that we had air before they closed for the 4th of July. This is the first time we used them to install a unit, although we had been using them for repairs for 2 or 3 years and my friend who recommended them had used them to install his A/C a number of years ago and for routine maintenance. They are very professional, punctual, reliable and fair. I highly recommend them without any hesitancy.

Our a/c quit mid afternoon on Friday. FInally got this company to send out a service man on Sunday. Checked entire system and replaced dual Capacitor and filter. Checked amps and pressure; cleaned out drain line with nitrogen blow out and hot water.

We've used this air conditioning company since we bought our home. We used them to put in a new Trane air conditioning unit. There's been nothing but problems since we've had it installed. We always have trouble every month or so. They always send people out to help, but sometimes it doesn't seem like they know what they're talking about. There's an inconsistency with what the problems really are. There's been some problems with condensation because it's in our attic. The light in my garage fell from water damage and the ceiling is cracking and in bad condition. Sean is very nice, professional and kind. He has been very pleasant to work with. The operators when you call tend to be pleasant as well.

Everything was great. I would recommend them to anybody. At the time that it was put in, I remember writing a letter to the owner of the company because I was so happy with their work. Everyone, from the representative who gave us an estimate to the technicians who came to our home, was just great. They came, and they came on time. They are very professional, efficient, and although air conditioning is a messy job, it looked like they were never here. I got estimates from three different companies and although they were not the cheapest, all three estimates were within a hundred dollars and I thought their prices were more than reasonable for the quality of work they did. When they showed up there was more work than expected, and they did not charge us for all of the extra work. They don t subcontract out their work, so everyone who comes out actually works for the company, which I think is important. I was completely happy with this company.
