It all started with Nelson who arrived at my home exactly on time and was SO helpful with ideas and cost-saving tips for me. He brought samples of door finishes and granite but I was not overwhelmed as I was afraid I would be and he helped me pick exactly what would work in my small galley kitchen. His advise was invaluable. The estimate Nelson gave me included the refacing, new stainless sink, faucet, all plumbing and granite countertops and was extremely reasonable--far less than I was quoted from Home Depot sometime ago. Ken Sandvoss, the owner, and his crew came a few days later (in a blinding rainstorm I might add) and arrived to the minute of our appointment and measured everything and told me the granite would be installed first within the week while the cabinets were being ordered which would take two weeks. I was not in a hurry so this timeframe worked well for me. The granite installation took one day and it was PERFECT! I was thrilled with the look. And true to Ken's word, the cabinets came in two weeks later and an installation date was arranged. That only took one full day and when I arrived home I was actually shocked and overwhelmed with the wonderful job Mike and his assistant did! What a difference a day makes! So, folks, RUN don't walk to the nearest phone and give Ken and Nelson a call to turn your tired, outdated kitchen into a beautiful space you will be proud to show off. I am thrilled with the outstanding job they did! My only regret I told Ken? That I did not call him SOONER!

Their representatives were on time, gave me suggestions and options, explained the entire process, the total cost, measured twice and took notes. They kept me informed. They were also patient with me when I took a few weeks to get my budget in order. From the day that I said it was "a go", they were on it. The new doors and drawers were delivered ahead of the projected time. Two guys came in, set up with tarps and tools, removed the old and installed the new in about 3 hours. They were polite, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves! Their work is guaranteed. I am already talking to the neighbors about who they should use for their Kitchen and Bath makeovers.

Each and every person who came to our house was prompt polite and professional. From the day of signing the contract to completion was less than a month and only took less than 4 days to complete. From the first meeting with Nelson, the sales representative and Ken, the President of the company, we had a good overall feeling about the company. Their estimate was the most reasonable, but that was not the only reason for our choice. Our intuition proved accurate as they were absolutely true to their word down to the last detail. The installers, Mike and Lucky, were personable as well as meticulous in their workmanship and took real pride in their work. They did a fabulous job and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. Without hesitation, we highly recommend them!

My experience with them was positive from the very first. The rep, Nelson, who came to give me the quote was pleasant, well-informed and professional. What I like about him most was that he didn't try to "push" any product or service. He inspected the kitchen, asked pointed questions about what I wanted, and gave several suggestions.The owner of the company, Ken Sandvoss, came himself to check on the project several times during the process. He proved to be very agreeable, with a fine management style that made dealing with him a fine experience. The workmen, also, were pleasant, from the men who measured and laid the granite to the two who did the actual refacing. There was a hiatus of about two weeks between the installation of the counter tops and the refacing. During that time my kitchen was fully functional. Also, although the counter top installation and the refacing each took two days, the workers were careful to clean up at the end of the first day and make sure I could use my kitchen that evening I am very pleased with the looks of my kitchen now. I feel as though I have new cabinets, even though they were only refaced. The veneer looks rich and very wood-like. The joints and seams are invisible because of the care the workers took to ensure that they met evenly. Throughout it all, the workers were pleasant and cheerful (to the point where I warned them not to enjoy themselves so much or the boss would not pay them as much!). The experience was practically painless, even to writing out the check, as the quote was, I thought, quite reasonable.

There was never an issue from the initial presentation to the installation date and time. This company does what is says it will do. I never had to worry or guess.

Some of the experience was good, but most of the experience wasn’t. I probably wouldn’t recommend them. The technician who did the work made a mess out of our kitchen, but they did let us know he’s not working with the company anymore. The owner was good to work with and he came out to our home several times to straighten things out.

They were excellent. We used our own tile and had it shipped down because we had it left from a job up here in New York. The condo board manager let them in. They did the job exactly when they said they would. They cleaned up beautifully and the job was perfect. When he was done, he wouldn't even take any money for anything that he did until he took pictures and sent them to us. When we finally did see it in person it was absolutely perfect. It was just excellent. We were really happy with this guy. The price was definitely reasonable. This is a really good company. We are absolutely going to use them again when we do the kitchen.

A salesman came out to my home for an estimate. He was on time. He was extremely nice and explained the process in depth. He brought out samples for the cabinets and for the countertops. He sent a team of guys to measure the whole kitchen and made templates for the cabinets and countertops. From start to finish, it took them about 7 days to complete the project. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up. Their prices are reasonable, and they guarantee their work. I had a small problem and called them about it, and they came out immediately to fix it without any hassle. The kitchen looks like an expensive new one even though I paid less than $10,000. It is absolutely beautiful.

They were very efficient. They came in and replaced everything. They did new hardware. Everything was clean including the new faucets. It was excellent. They were very quick, efficient, and clean.
