Andrew was great! I found him to be very professional, friendly and patient. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot). He was running a little behind on the day of my apprasial and called to let me know he was going to be about 10 minutes late. He spent time with me to explain the process and how he came up with the appraisal. I would highly recommend using A.C. Klein Appraisals.
