Tremendous: On my first call, Appraiser answered the phone & scheduled property inspection for that SAME DAY. Report was completed & delivered 3 days later. Other appraisers wanted to schedule property inspection a couple weeks later & estimated completed appraisal report in about a month. Absolutely perfect start to finish. Andrew was on time, friendly, professional, and caring. That last one is hard to find now-a-days. I know he worked late because i had a deadline. He accommodated me without hesitation. This is exactly the type of company you want on YOUR side.

Andrew called me and after discussing my needs with him and looking at a couple of other appraisers, I went with Andrew. He and his associate came over the same day, spent about 20 minutes going through the house and backyard, asking good questions. They were professional and courteous throughout.
