This company has the ABSOLUTE worst customer service AND follow-up on their jobs. I called to schedule for a technician to come to my house because the doors that they repaired less than a year ago still weren't working correctly AND they were missing some parts. The woman in the parts department has "scolded" me and talked over me over me, so many times, that I am actually willing to live with my broken doors and missing parts then EVER deal with her again!!!!! ('ve called the manager and many others within this company and I've gotten NO WHERE even after asking the owner and/or manger to return my calls. WITHOUT A DOUBT, I suggest using a different door/window company if you're the type of person that relies a company to follow-up and support their product.

We changed our backyard windows and doors, the workers were polite, and professional and the job was delivered on time, definitely will recommend this company.

A-Christian Glass installed sliding glass doors at our home. When the frame started to rust (in less than a year) they did not respond to emails or phone calls. I finally went to the showroom office and they sent someone to out to look. Months later they send me an email telling me that they can not fix their mistakes too bad! I will not use them to finish the windows in my home. Disappointed, let down and now have a rusting $3000 door!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE EXTERIOR DOORS FROM A-CHRISTIAN GLASS! My husband ordered 2 doors. Here is my experience. Communication is horrible. They did not pull a permit. The installation was horrible and the door binds and leaks. They ordered the wrong door and insisted I pay for it. Which I did to get rid of them. The installation crew is absolutely the worst. The door looks like a 10 year old installed it. The installation is not to code and therefore, is no longer impact resistant. They are supposed to install "bucks" between the door frame and house opening but instead just caulk huge 1.5" gaps to hide the improper installation. They also installed doors on a commercial building I own. Again, the installation was HORRIBLE. My contractor had to redo all of their installations by removing the doors and reinstalling to code as the City inspection failed the A-Christian Glass installation. The inspector stated he had not seen such a poor installation in years! I tried to amicably resolve this with their company but, all they want is their money. They have no interest in doing what's right, making sure your home is impact resistant (your families safety), customer satisfaction, etc. "Carmen", their President, is completely unqualified for her job. She never apologized for their wrong doings, doesn't offer to make things right, gives deadlines for herself to resolve and call back and doesn't follow thru. This is not a simple customer rant. This is a WARNING to all potential customers to find another company that pulls a permit, cares about their customers / company reputation, and will install the product properly for the homeowners safety.

I spoke to Daniella. I was provided a estimate for pick up and delivery of door and an estimate for dropping off the closet door. She was very friendly and helpful in suggesting how to speed up the repair process.

Delay after delay. All the excuses you can use for delays. No responsible managers to attend to issues. Owner never around to attend to clients situation Staff defensive and unresponsive (no clue or that is another department not me...) To this date our job is paralyzed by the pending items. We call, left on hold forever, then transferred to the belligerent staff member who disconnects your call. To this date, I have no solutions to our problem.

They're very good. The saleslady did come out, there was no pressure, went through everything, and looked at what we already had gotten because we got some impact windows. They are very good. I had some concerns and things that I'm not sure about. They came back and made sure what I was looking at and my concerns were totally fixed. At one point, they cleaned up after themselves. They are a little more expensive than a lot of these factory ones because they have these things built but you can't get anything better than what these guys do. They made sure everything was clean, plastics were put down, flipped it up, and didn't mess up my flooring. I had the spring full out the backyard, had replace the windows, eyebrow windows, and took one of the sliding back door I needed all plates going up with the eyebrow and made sliding glass door, took my windows in the bedroom and did a huge sliding glass door that opens the both sides. I recommend them. I'd rather pay a little bit more and make sure that the work is done correctly. They cleaned up, don't make holes but if there's a little hole that comes out then they'll patch it and paint it.

I called them for an estimate. Set up an appointment and he never showed up...called to tell them and they said how sorry they were they would send someone out right away...well they never showed up either.

They showed up on time, were polite. The install took a day and we were happy as my husband had to take off of work. The wall made of single hung impact windows and a french door looked very pretty. However, the manufacturer did change from our original contract and we were not informed. The City inspection was yesterday, and it failed. Carmelo, the scheduler, called to tell me they may have to dismantle the windows and install more wood framing as the structure failed.He also told my husband that we would have to pay for the repair as our contract states they are not responsible for structural issues. The contract has one very broad statement, and quot;exclusion, structual issuesand quot;. I replied, that they had an engineer out there before hand, and don't they know how to work with structures.? I feel confident since my husband and I both review contracts for a living, that we inquired with Jack, our salesperson, (no longer there) about this. Jack probably assured us that it more than likely would not be an issue and never mentioned if it was, that it would cost more. We now have to make arrangements for at least 3 more days off of our jobs as they do not work on Saturdays and the inspector and engineer also do not work on Saturday's. Today, I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they have lost their membership. We also had a bad experience with a girl in permitting, Yvette. She was rude and unprofessional shouting out to others for a phone number and short with my husband. I reported this to the V.P, Ron, and he said he would address it. I do not know if this was done. But, either way, she is someone we refuse to talk too again. We are very concerned. I guess I missed my homework on this one. The end results on what A Christian will do to correct the install , accomodate our schedule, and not make for additional charges, is not yet unknown.

We would not recommend this company at all. The job took twice as long as promised. The men who came to do the work kept hitting on my nanny and fighting and cursing with each other. Extremely unprofessional and when we complained nothing was done to rectify the problems. Very unprofessional, sloppy and awful job. Stay away from A Christian Glass!

The owner of A Christian is no Saint at all. He is a and quot; New York Slicksterand quot; and not to be trusted. The install of the bay window was large and his workers made more of a mess than they should and one of the glass panels cracked after a week. This was due to not properly mounting and putting torque on the frame. They did come out and correct. The owner also did not pull a city permit without telling me. I was not happy with the service and when the second window came in , I did not want them to do the work. After that, the owner pulled every nasty trick in the book telling me he could not resale a STANDARD size window and would have to give it away to CHARITY!!! Yea right. He ended up suing me and I ended up having to settle with his attorney in Palm Beach County Court House for $1,200.00 and NO WINDOW. Worst experience of my life.

Work was thorough, repairmen were on time, cleaned up everything. They took the time to show me where the leak was, and what they did to resolve it. This company stands behind its work.

It went very well. If this does not work I will have the glass enclosure replaced by them.

I went to their offices and they measured and quoted me accordingly. They suggested tempered glass (as a safety option) and I changed my mind and went with their suggestion. Collection was delayed due to the holidays and their office closure (so glass company could not deliver to them). I would have liked to have known that in advance but overall, very happy with their friendly service.

I took a bifold closet door with broken mirrors into there store. They were very professional and replaced the mirrors within a week. I felt they did excellent work at a fair price.

I called A-Christian Glass the day I discovered my home had been broken into and my glass sliding door had been jimmied open, causing me to be unable to lock up my house. I called them because they were the closest to me, but when I explained my situation, sounding very upset, they immediately had me speaking to the right person on the phone. Within a half hour they sent someone to my home to inspect the damage and he discussed different options for me. He then said a team would be over in an hour or two to fix my door so I would be able to lock my house up again. Three guys did come within a few hours, I wish I could remember their names, and without even having to remove the slider, they were able to fix my door. They not only did that, but also added extra security measures for me by installing blocks in the track of my door to prevent anyone in the future from popping out the slider too. They were quick and extremely helpful in a time when I was very distraught and stressed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone after their service for me on that day. I couldn't thank them all enough.

The quality of the work was satisfactory. The service was AWFUL. When I went to pick up the glass, we paid for it and were instructed to pick up the glass from the rear entry. I stood in the rear entrance and waited to be helped. A "service" person yelled to me "What do YOU want??!!" I replied that I was there to pick up my item. The service person said "Well I'm not helping you put it in your truck!" When another person offered to help me with the large and heavy piece of glass, the first person screamed "Don't help him, it's HIS glass, let HIM do it!". Extremely unprofessional and rude.
