Professional from start to finish. They were on time, removed all trash/left-over product, etc. They were congenial yet professional at all times. Time elapsed from time of estimate to completion of job: 28 hours. We got their name from ANGIE'S LIST and were impressed by the number of "A" reports. We are happy to add this "A" report to their file.

Excellent experience! I called and set up an appointment for 7:00 AM the next morning. Andy showed up right on time and gave me an estimate. The price seemed right and their reputation on the list is great, so I asked them to do the work as soon as they could. The job was completed by 11:00 AM the same day. I highly recommend this company!

This was not replacement but first time gutter on an older home. We contacted a few gutter firms for estimates at the end of December only to find voicemails at all numbers. Our call was returned on New Years Day afternoon and he was over in a flash to take measurements. The other firms eventually called a few days later which made no difference since we went with A & R. They came the very next day They installed guttering on the front of the house to get water away from the roof edges as we were spending plenty on a totally new landscape. Heavy rains would wash out areas. Had that continued all the new plants would be a total loss. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done and gone in no time. No muss. No fuss. No mess. Just the way we like it.

Initial call was returned within 24 hours. Estimate was delivered within one week. Work was completed a week after proposal was signed. Quality of work exceeded my expectations. Andy, the contractor was straight forward and professional. Since I don't work at home and project could be viewed and estimated from outside, I didn't need to give up office time to meet him on-premises. A & R was the only company from many of the other A-list contractors willing to take on a job this small.

A & R did a great job. They removed the old gutter and replaced it with a gutter that looks better and will last longer (the old gutter design had one gutter dumping into the other, and this eventually started leaking in the corner where they meet. The new gutter is one continuous length and provides the proper slope for the water to drain correctly). They even cleaned up the junk that came out of the old gutter and removed old shingles in my other gutters that the roofers left behind.

They gave us an acceptable estimate and performed the job in one day as promised. All members of the company were professional, knowledgeable and fair. The gutters match-up to the house perfectly.

They did a great job. They started work earlier than they had estimated at the time we signed the contract. The work was done well and they cleaned up after themselves.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING THE GUTTERS LAST YEAR. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY WERE CORRECTLY INSTALLED AND MADE SURE THERE WERE NOT ANY DEFECTS TO THEM BEFORE THEY LEFT.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT.
