Bruce Boyer, the owner, came out on a Saturday to do the work. He was fast, professional, courteous, and quite simply a delightful person. As the new owner of this home my keychain went from about 2 lbs of keys, down to just two keys for the house. He also provided me with a history of the neighborhood, as well as a few tips on some of the better restaurants in the area. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided

Mr. Boyer actually called a few minutes prior to the appointment and asked politely if I was ready for service. I was very happy he was available and he arrived withing 10 minutes of the call. Mr. Boyer re-keyed all 8 of my locks, gave me four extra keys and also gave me some important tips about safety regarding my windows and patio doors. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and the epitome of professionalism at all times. The price for all was very reasonable and he completed the job in less than an hour. Mr. Boyer informed me if I had any problems with any of the locks at any time to please call him back and there would be no charge. About a month later, I DID have a problem with my inner garage door lock and I called Mr. Boyer explaining the problem. He arrived at our appointed time, again very promptly, and actually took the door lock apart. My ex-husband (who was NOT a locksmith) had installed it and had not put it together properly. Mr. Boyer fixed the lock by putting it back together CORRECTLY and it has behaved smoothly ever since. That was over a year ago and I apologize for not writing this review sooner on Mr. Boyer's behalf. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOYER'S LOCK AND SAFE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A REPUTABLE BUSINESS WHO PROVIDES SERVICES IN A TRUSTED AND ETHICAL MANNER. THANK YOU, MR. BOYER !!!!!

They arrived on time, were very clean and thorough. I feel much safer now. I have used them before, that's why I went back. I expected terrific, assured service, and I was not disappointed. You can place your trust, home, family, and business in their hands.

They arrived within the hour, changed out the locks with no problems and added a dead bolt. Service was excellent and professionally polite.

My girlfriend used this company several years ago when she first bought the house in Deltona. She recently needed a small, non-emergency locksmith job. She asked me to check Angie's List for locksmiths in the area. This company had the most ratings and was a solid A, so I told her to go with them. She was comfortable with that, having used them before. However, they did not return calls timely, so we'll be looking further down the list. No matter how jobs are prioritized, lack of telephone responsiveness merits a low grade. I didn't go all the way to F because they do have an answering device, but they clearly don't need our small job badly enough that they'll call back the same day or halfway through the next.

I called them in the AM. They came out the same morning as agreed. Performed all the work of re keying. Uneventful just the way you want it.

Very professional. Went right to the problem. Took extra time to determine what to do. Even worked on the door to make adjustments For existing lock. Two men. In & out. I will use them for another location.

Serviceman was on time, courteous, thoughtful, very good at his job, and he explained everything very well. Good communication from the company and easy to work with. Even used Square on site, so i could pay with a credit card. These guys were the best, and I would certainly use them again. Thank you !

The guy was outstanding. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a great job at a great price. I would grade him highly across the board. I would use him in the future.

The locksmith was prompt and professional and answered all my questions. He pointed out when a requested hinge pin installation was unnecessary, thus saving me about $10. He also noted some too short screws from a previous installation and replaced them at no charge.
