Justin & Matt were outstanding. Not only did they do excellent work but they were great people. Alot of times anyone can make a repair or installation but to really trust the company is priceless. They were prompt which this old military guy appreciates, the work quality was top notch and they were able to innovate when issues arose. Cannot recommend them more highly. I will be hiring them in the future to expand my irrigation system. Happy customer!!!

He came to do an estimate to install digital timer and not only fixed my current irrigation problem but installed a digital timer, moved the pump from the bathroom to outside, fixed sprinkler heads, put in new connections and bought a fake rock cover to put over the pump. He was wonderful! Professional, efficient and went above and beyond - cost was very reasonable. I would hire Matt again and highly recommend his work. CW- Ormond Beach FL

Technician was quick, efficient and explained everything he was doing so I would understand my lawn sprinkler system and how it operated. He took the time to explain the various types of sprinkler heads, showed me how each worked and then took the time to assist me in setting up the sprinkler control unit. The system works great!

They care about what project you have going on and get you what you need and exclude what you do not need. Very helpful, polite, timely. Had a good experience with Waterlite.

I hate having to write a negative review, esp for a small business which we always support but I want to prevent someone else from having to go through the wasted money and time that I went through. I am sure WaterLite does a wonderful job on other services as many other reviews show, however I would strongly advise NOT to use them for Christmas lights. I wasted almost $1600 on lights that I ended up having to fix and redo myself and also had to take down myself which they were supposed to do. I waited over 2 months to write this review and wrote to the gentleman I originally communicated with 6 times giving him a chance to do the right thing but my texts have been ignored. The lights on my roof line were OK but I had to redo all 5 of my trees AND purchase additional sensors, plug protectors, extension chords, and extension chord protectors myself. From day 1 we had issues. The lights on the trees were loose and falling, uneven, not close together as requested and looked terrible. I paid almost $1600 on 11/11 and was told install could not be until the 11/20, but did not bring the right lights so install ended up being 11/24. Since day one, the lights started falling and I had to fix and I ended up having to redo all 5 trees plus purchase additional equipment plus take down myself which WaterLite was supposed to do. I have asked for at least a partial refund for the delay, the awful job which I had to redo myself and having to take down myself and have been ignored. The one time the man did return to fix a Palm tree, he was very nice to communicate with but he was rushed and admitted that other Christmas light customers were not happy. I wasted almost $1600 which is a lot of money for us and honestly heartbreaking for us and I wasted so much of my time that I paid professionals to do. Beyond disappointing and out a lot of money for work I had to do myself!

Justin was excellent - friendly, professional, and thorough. We replaced our indexing irrigation systems with a wifi systems that allows individual control of the zones (whatever that's called). We're very pleased with everything.

Justin and Matt were excellent in repairing and upgrading our sprinkler system, installing new sod around our yard and revising our garden area. They worked hard! They were cooperative and listened to my suggestions, gave advice on products and were very courteous and respectful. The only caveat is that the work took longer than epected. I would certainlly recommend them and would hire them again.

Solid walk through on the project. Lots of variety with ways the irrigation system could be improved or managed. Everything seemed to be quality work with a reasonable price.

I hired Justin at Waterlite to install, repair and tune my sprinklers. The work was done well initially, but shortly after the work, the sprinklers started missing key parts of the yard and as a result I was getting dry/brown patches. I tried calling and messaging Justin multiple times and he ignored my calls/messages. Very disappointed with the customer service, quality and follow through.

They came today in the middle of a thunderstorm and fixed my lights. Thank you so much my house looks beautiful again.

Hired company in November 2021 for partial irrigation system, plants and two lights. Lights stopped working, company contacted and informed. Still waiting for someone to come fixed them. Paid 225 to install two small spot lights and 4,565 for partial irrigation and plants in the front of house.

Genuinely easy to work with. Go out of their way to keep the customer in the loop about watering and care of the trees and shrubs. Took their time, very professional.
