+ -1 moreI contacted the provider who dispatched a technician and his assistant in a timely manner. The problem was diagnosed as a burnt out pressure switch which was immediately replaced. I found the work was performed for a more than reasonable price. I found the technicians courteous and professional and found the total service experience completely satisfactory. I would not hesitate to call on them again,if needed, and will recommend this company to my friends and associates.
Description of Work: My residential well pump was not working for reasons unknown.

+ -1 moreI have been using them ever since I have had a well which has been for eight years. They have been wonderful and very responsive! When you need your well fixed, you need someone to drop what they are doing and repair your well so that you can get your water restored which is exactly what they do. They are a family business consisting of Rick, Sheri, and Justin. They have all been great to work with.
Description of Work: They take care of our wells. Some wasps had gone inside the power box causing a fire that burnt out our electrical box. They came out right away and completed the repair.

+ -1 moreI called Trentham to have my pressure tank replaced, which was waterlogged and had been leaking. The guy came a few hours later and replaced the tank quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He cleaned up everything and tool the old tank. Everything is working perfectly again and the water pressure is much better than before. I am very happy with the work done and will definitely call Trentham again if I ever need work done on my well.

Description of Work: Pulled piping from ground, repaired end filter/nozzle, replaced pump, provided new faucets.

+ -1 moreIt was the relay switch and once the guy knew exactly what was wrong, they repaired it quickly. They were actually recommended to me. When the guy came out, he was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done. There was no hassle. I was working with a warranty company and they had no problem paying him. It was good all the way around. I would give them an A all the way across.
Description of Work: Trentham Well Drilling replaced the well because there was a leak and also the tank that provides the pressure.

+ -1 more1st replaced the switch on the pump and then replaced the tank itself.
Description of Work: They came very quickly and replaced the switch on the pump. They were very courteous and punctual. The cost was very reasonable. 5 days later, on a Sunday the increased pressure on the tank, made the tank that would have blown out sooner or later, blow out a wall and there was water everywhere. I called on a Sunday and they called me right back. They told me how to stop the water from pouring all over and confirmed they would be out the next morning. They arrived 30 minutes early, diagnosed the problem in 1 minute and gave me the cost. Was glad they deducted the cost of the show up call from the total of the bill the second time. They came back in the afternoon and replaced the tank. Very quick and very efficient.
