Description of Work: Tony did the quarterly pest inspection and treatment, inside and out. |We first hired him to take care of a termite problem when we were buying the property. He did an A-1 job then, and continues to be responsive, helpful, professional, and friendly. He takes an interest in his customers and their homes. Tony is first-rate.

Description of Work: Examination of an area we had questions about. they reported no invasive problem there, but suggested having preventive work with a yearly bond. Left a brochure, followed up with a call, and did not subsequently pressure us, whih left a good impression.

 + -1 moreI was hearing noises in the attic and inside interior walls. Tony said they were "roof rats". He set out bait which the rats took outside and did not return. Tony came back a week or so later and repired the attic vent where the rats had been coming into the house. No problems since. Tony uses products that are safe for my pets, too.
Description of Work: Removed/exterminated rats in the attic and walls.
