+ -1 moreCall this morning to have my septic tank pumped out, the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and was able to get someone out to me in a couple of hours. I did not have an emergency, just some maintenance and they were still out same day. The gentlemen that came out showed us that the filter needed to be done and explained it would cost a little more, which was more than reasonable. He explained everything he did and I was happy with the service and the price.

Description of Work: I had a blocked outside drain. They came almost at once to solve the problem. Very good customer service, prompt and solved the problem, unfortunately the price let them down for only 15 min work.

+ 0 moreThe technician came in the allotted time frame. I also called after pm and there was no charge for coming after hours. He was very professional and fixed my clogged drain in a short time. We have a dog and as a courtesy before he left he reminded me to close the gate in my yard and to make sure all my doors were locked once he left. We would definitely recommend roto rooter to others.
Description of Work: Our drain was clogged in the kitchen. It would not drain at all. The technician came and unclogged the draw tin and also gave me tips on how to keep it free from build up.

+ -1 moreThey were very polite. They did not do the service but just came out to tell us that we did not need the job done. They told us that the leak was not our responsibility but the city’s. They did not charge us. The politeness was more important to me. They were just really nice service people. I have already contacted them for some other work.

+ 0 moreWe spent about $120 on that service. We liked that they seemed to be pretty savvy. They come out when they are supposed to and get here on time, which is a big thing when we are working.
Description of Work: We have always used Roto-Rooter for plumbing services. The last time we used them was within the last 6 months and they stopped the toilets because we have trees and the lines were blocked.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WERE FAIR IN THEIR PRICING. ROTO ROOTER CLEARED THE DRAINS AND SAVED ME A TRIP TO OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.
Description of Work: WE HAD SOME PIPES THAT WERE CLOGGED. THEY HAD TO GO IN AND DROP A SNAKE FROM THE ROOF TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE TO THE KITCHEN SINK AND LAUNDRY ROOM.
