+ -1 moreFor 4 months since November 2018 I have been calling to find out the status of the parts and I was told by their office staff that Mark would give me a call back and it never occurred. So I made 12 phone calls and never received a response or call back. The time frame was from November 2018 to 19 February 2019. I am currently looking for another plumber
Description of Work: I needed a new faucet for my wash sink in the laundry room which was leaking and my kitchen faucet nozzle came apart
