ceramic tile, floor cleaning
+ 0 moreThis company is the BIGGEST rip off of all time! They claim to clean & color your grout, but all they do is move a dirty bucket of water around on your floors! They come out with no vacuum cleaner, no equipment and "test" their grout color & if it doesn't "take" they push a mop of dirty water around on your floor for 1.5 hours, then charge you $256! DO NOT LET THE M COME NEAR YOUR TILE FLOORS! Kim, the owner is nefarious, and she contracts out with some dude who acts like he knows what he's doing, but he doesn't! I had to pay $300 for another tile cleaning company to come clean my tile & grout! RIP OFF IS TOO NICE OF A WORD FOR THIS COMPANY!

+ -1 moreTerrific find as 2 new bath remodels resulted in dirty looking grout on all walls of never used, brand new tile install. Connor provided top notch service in applying a color specific sealer over grout which did the trick. Thanks to Remedy Surface Care, we are now enjoying our new showers! It has been about a month since the job was completed and the grout looks great
