The crew was excellent!. Showed up on time. Cleaned up every day and did outstanding work. They also did a nice job on my gutters and located the down spouts in good locations. They were about 15% lower then other bids. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He arrived on time, was very pleasant & professional, went right to work on measuring and working up the estimate. His estimate was over $200 more than the company I chose to install gutters and downspouts on my house. Other than the price, I was very pleased with the professionalism and promptness of this company. I would hire the company to do other work at my home in the future.

They did a great job

Again, thie company seems to be a one person operation, and tha preson does not have his act together. Failed to return calls, could not give me a date for an estimate, etc...

I had a couple of golf balls go through my pool cage screen. Justin arrived as scheduled to give me an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He gave me two quotes...to either fix the bad panels or redo the entire screening. The existing screening was 9 years old and he said I could probably get another year or so out of it. After obtaining other quotes, I decided to go with Phelps because they had the best price and I was impressed with Justin's presentation. Randy arrived on time and with another worker completed the job in one day. Justin arrived later in the day to inspect the job and replaced a rotted beam along the roof line which was not in the original quote. The workers were very fast, quiet and cleaned up after they were done. In addition to the contracted work, Justin was most accommodating and also fixed a broken window handle for me. I would definitely use Phelps Aluminum again.

I received a prompt call back after leaving a message. I wanted to get all the screens in my pool area replaced, so RJ scheduled a time to come look for an estimate. Prompt, Kind, and professional. I ended up choosing another provider based on a better estimate.

Very fast

Contacted this contractor about getting a bid on installing a 50 foot section of guttering on my home and to replace all of the gutter leaf guards on the rest of the home. They came out and took down all the information about what I needed and advised they would forward a quote the next day. After waiting 2 weeks for the quote and calling several times to find out about the quote, I finally gave up on them. They never returned my calls.

Since this was a small job, it was not a priority on their schedule, but that was fine with me. They did the disconnect and gutter removal in about 2 hours, then came back another day to put it all back together. It did take a little longer than I thought, so I was worried that they had under bid. But they honored their original estimate with no problems. I originally did not ask them about repairing the broken screens, but they gave me a quick estimate for that, so I got that done as well
