The tiles that had to be cut to fit shower stall and bathtub were notstraight cuts...noticably uneven. My mistake in not getting a detailed estimate initially. The secondbath shower tile was suppose to be regrouted, but only those smallsections where grout was actually missing had grout added to them, and in some corners ran grout up couple feet & stopped which isnoticable when you look at the shower.
Description of Work: 12 (16x16) large pieces of loose tile in master bath had to be removed, and additional thin-set applied to floor to for tile to adhere to; then replaced.plus an additional 4 pieces has to be cut to fit against bathtub and aroundshower stall. A 3" inch wide mosiac strip was put down at end of this tile to replacethe bulnose tile as unable to find matching bulnose. A 5" deep, 48" wide piece of Corian was put over existing tile windowseal. All material except grout & thin set was furnished by homeowner. Approximately 5 small grout lines, no greater than 1.5" in length, werere-grouted in second bath.

Mark had given me a start date. We went away for the weekend and delayed the work by a day. Mark accommodated us and arrived on Tuesday instead of Monday as we requested. He worked diligently and did a beautiful job. He carted the old tile away and left us with a truly impressive entryway.
Description of Work: The tile in the entryway was buckled and needed to be replaced. Mark removed the old tile and replaced the tile with the one we had selected.

Mark is easy to work with. And I give him an A+ in dependability. He had to be 15 minutes late one day and called to let me know. Does beautiful work, and likes to work and wants to work. Has done many units in my condo. I can tell you from other estimates I got that he is THE most reasonable.
Description of Work: He installed a stone backsplash in my kitchen (he works w/ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and mexican). I did not like the grout I had chosen when I saw it against the countertop. He was very gracious in removing it and going out to get the next selection (which was great!), and increased the price of the job only slightly; I did not think him unreasonable at all.
