The experience with Lifetime Cabinets went very well at first. However, within the first year (2012) my kitchen cabinet doors’ stain and top coat started peeling off in high touch areas in manner not consistent with normal wear and tear. Some of the under mount drawers also began to squeak. They replaced 2 but more are squeaking. One drawer just slams shut (suppose to be soft closure). Overall, the durability has been poor. Lifetime had tried numerous times to correct the finish problems of many of the cabinet doors, but the same problems persisted. On several attempts, the repaired ones come back with an incorrect sheen that was different the original installation and had to be sent back for repair again. The relationship with Lifetime was becoming strained, with the owner becoming more defensive and assigning blame to me, even though the cabinets were being maintained per their instructions. After further chipping and peeling, and as a last resort, we decided to send all the cabinet doors back in November 2016, to see if they could finally resolve this problem. My husband and I stopped by Lifetime’s office to check on the repair progress. We were immediately set upon with extreme and uncivil rudeness by the owner and a staff member during this visit. It was just so unprofessional and offensive. We have not received an apology from them as of yet. They did attempt to repair and reseal the doors to make them more durable, but some defects are still visible where the original peeling had occurred. This problem and stress may have been avoided had the more durable sealer been applied originally, but at this point there does not appear that much more could be done short of replacing these doors and starting from scratch. I regret that I cannot recommend Lifetime Cabinets due their lack of professionalism and the poor product durability that we experienced.

We were very pleased with Lifetime Cabinet and Interiors. From our initial contact, through the selection process, and finally the installation, they were very professional and did a quality job. We had a couple of smalll items that needed follow-up and they took care of everything immediately.

They took their time to talk to me about new kitchen cabinets and features that i wanted. I was able to pick out my kitchen, select the color and it came out great. They were friendly and professional.

My kitchen remodel was something that I had planned for several years. I had several recommendations from the local community for Lifetime and at the end of the day am I happy that I chose them! Lifetime is a family owned business and they treat their customers like family! Lifetime removed all of my old cabinetry and built custom cabinets to my specifications. If something came in that I wasn't happy with, back out it went until I was 100% satisfied. I have the kitchen of my dreams. Frank Harcus worked with me on the design and workflow of my kitchen. We made improvements that other contractors told me were not possible. Lifetime coordinated with the eletricians, drywall contractors and granite companies to make sure everything went smoothly. If Lifetime said they would be there at 10AM or 8AM I could be assured that James and his crew would show when they said they would. They were friendly and never hesitated to make a change or answer my endless questions. Best of all, when the completion date rolled around my kitchen was finished!!!!! Nothing short of a miracle from what I'm told by friends who have hired other contractors. After completion of the kitchen I made a few changes, roll outs here, a shelf there; always coming back to make sure that at the end of the day I have my dream kitchen. I'd recommend them to anyone!

This was a very difficult job require a special installation and true craftsman work. Lifetime did an excellent job, not cheap but a great value.

I have to say that this will be a mixed review. While the owner/sales person and the construction manager were both very customer focused, and a pleasure to deal with, the production control/installation timetable was not handled in a professional manner. There was little or no communication as to when the cabinets would be delivered and installed and no communication when things were delayed. Then, they tried to charge more than the amount quoted saying it was just an estimate, even though we had not asked for anything different than what was described in the "estimate", and they did not encounter anything unexpected, so be careful and make sure you get them to give assurances that it is a "firm quote". They are good people, but they desperately need a more customer centric inside production control/customer relations person with good communication skills in order to maintain customer goodwill once the work is underway, especially when things don't go as planned (which is to be expected sometimes) I would only consider using them again only if they straighten out their internal scheduling and most importantly their communication style so customers were provided advance notice of delays or schedule and feedback in case of any change.

We called them because we had one dishwasher cabinet w/return that was damaged and needed to be replaced. While they were at the house we asked about installing some false panels (a false panel looks like a cabinet door but is actually a fixed panel). They gave us an estimate and we said ok. It took a while for the materials to arrive, do largely to us changing the order a couple of times, but when the panels came in they came out and installed everything, including overhangs over the refrigerator and wine cooler. The installation went smoothly, everything looks great and we're happy. The false panels really dressed up the original cabinets and was a cost effective upgrade that sure beat buying all new cabinets for the kitchen. Only problem is that the cabinets are Thermofoil Deco Panels and are new so they're a little whiter than the older panels. We realized this could be a problem from the beginning and it's not noticeable unless you're really looking. It was our choice to go ahead and we're hoping a few years of being in place will dull the new panels to be the same shade as the old ones. During all our changes to the orders they were vey nice about it and insisted that they come out and re-measure anything when we asked for a change before they submitted the order. They asked for 50% down before they ordered material and the balance after installation. Standard payment option in my experience and they put it all on a credit card. I was happy with both the buying experience and the final outcome. They're a good outfit and I'd use them again.

The entire job went very well. The guys arrived promptly on the day promised and began working right away. They first removed the old counter tops, which was not an easy job since they were ceramic tile counter tops that had been there for years. Then they cleaned up the debris and began installing the new counter tops. They did an excellent job and the counters look wonderful. Then they installed the new 30 inch wall cabinet that they matched perfectly to all the other existing kitchen cabinets and installed the free standing counter under the cabinet at the perfect height for a desk top just as I had asked them to do. The final job was they removed the old over the range micro wave and installed the new micro wave. They completed the entire job in 1 day and cleaned up the entire area completely before leaving. I am thoroughly pleased with the work they did for me and I would definitely rehire them. I also highly recommend them to anyone without any reservations. Also let me say that this company was one of the very few that were willing to do smaller kitchen projects. Most other companies I contacted were only interested in doing entire kitchen renovations.

SPECTACULAR!!! Everything was well explained, well timed, and well coordinated. The workers from all companies were wonderful, professional, and clean. There were glitches, as there would be with any job as big as this, but all were dealt with beyond my satisfaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIFETIME to a everyone - big job or small - you can't go wrong with them. They listen to your needs, and try extremely hard to accommodate within your means. They are creative with their ideas, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. AWESOME JOB LIFETIME!!!

Lifetime Cabinet & Interiors Inc did that to our expectations. They did an excellent job. We are very happy with their service. They did the whole kitchen. It did turnout really good, awesome and the price was reasonable and so on. They weren't as prompt as I expected them to be.

Lifetime does what they contract for and beyond. There was nothing they were not willing to help us do and to make right even if it was one of the subcontractors errors. The "boys" were so professional and actually fun to work with. The tile and hardwood flooring company recommended by Lifetime was just as good in timing their installation of the ceramic tile floor so Lifetime could install the new cabinets without disturbing or causing damage to the floor. It took it little longer than we all thought, but it was so worth it!

This company is very professional in their estimating, removing old, installing new, cleanup, and returning calls. They have a very professional showroom with samples of cabinets, finishes, counter tops and people who wait on you. Were I to have any additional work done that they provide, I would not hesitate to choose Lifetime Cabinets. This is a 5 ***** company in my estimation.

I tried to cancel the order within one week but was told the cabinets were already one the truck and there would be a restocking charge. This was the Tuesday following the previous Friday that we had ordered the cabinets (after 5pm!). Approximately 1/3 of the cabinets were either orderded wrong or installed wrong. The owner/installer broke two holes in the walls that I had just had replastered. In the words of someone in the supply chain who asked not to be mentioned by name "this is the worst installation I have ever seen". Mind you I had five subcontractors on this job. The remaining four were inconvienced, to put it mildly, while we went back and forth. Not one complained. I had no problems with any of them in spite of errors they made causing the electricians to lose time and money. It is my opinion that this is a sham company and if you really look at the history, you will realize none of them really know what they are doing. My kitchen is still not to standards and won't be for a long time. It has cost me 1800.00 just to bring it to where the damage is mostly hidden and can be dealt with later. I really don't have anything at all to say that's good. I also went out back for a few minutes and returned to find two, owner James and helper prowling around each bedroom. Said they were looking for a bathroom, which they passed (door open) on the way to the bedrooms. I would never hire these guys again. But then by the time someone does they will have changed thier name again and up to the old tricks.

It was time to get rid of the 1980's kitchen. We wanted to stay with local businesses. A friend just had her kitchen cabinets replaced by Lifetime Cabinet & Interiors, Inc. I loved them and stopped at the sales room to take a look. I appreciated the chance to look around on my own and then the help when I was ready with my questions. This is definitely a family business and they know their business, I had an idea about the countertop and cabinets I wanted after the first time of looking. I finally got my husband to check out the shop. He thought about it and finally decided it was time. Frank Harcus agreed to meet us on a Saturday morning after his grandchildren's ball game so my husband didn't have to take time off of work. Within an hour we had cabinets, countertop and hardware picked out. Frank was patient and had just what we were looking for. Frank then came out and took all the measurements, made suggestions to a couple of changes and was ready to get us an estimate. Within a couple of days we made a deposit and the order was in. Because they were custom cabinets it would take a little longer to get. It was worth the wait. The work was scheduled to coordinate with the new flooring we had put in. Stephanie tries to keep your down time to a minimum. The guys had demolition done in one day. They will save the old cabinets if you wish to donate them to a charity, etc. And a great tip I got from my friend was to paint after the cabinets are out so when new comes in, no old paint showing around the new cabinets and everything is fresh! The new cabinets started going in. There were a couple of glitches when the countertop for the breakfast bar didn't fit. The sub-contractor had that fixed quickly. Due to changes we wanted to the pantry shelves, this extended the job for a couple of weeks due to fitting us in to their schedule. The horseshoe laminate countertop is in 3 pieces only with 1 seam! And the biggest section holds an under-the-cabinet sink. It reminds me of an infinity pool! Yes, they can make a sink work with laminate countertops. I think they maybe the only ones in Florida that do! Because of the way it is framed in, it will hold 150 pounds with no cracks or breaks. It is awesome! (Randy the Plumber has a picture on his Angie's List site). We could not have asked for better men to do a job so great. They were here to please and make things right. Always willing to answer any questions or concerns. We now feel like we have a new house with a beautiful kitchen and new floors! Thank you Frank, Stephanie, James and crew! Great! Within two hours, Frank helped us pick out the style and color of the cabinets, handles, and countertops. It was great. I couldn't believe it! It makes it exciting when things come together like that. 6-8 weeks before all product will be ready to put in. Time to get everything out of the kitchen. They are also doing our pantry shelving to match our cabinets. Can't wait to get rid of those wire shelves that small packages fall through.There are other local businesses that Lifetime will recommend to you for flooring, electrician and plumbing. These are businesses they have worked with previously which is important with timing the project from start to finish and getting it done in a timely manner for us. Our project is estimated to take 10 days due to demolition, floor installation and then cabinet installation. Two other friends of ours have had Lifetime Cabinets redo their cabinets as well. They are the ones who gave us the recommendation!
