Great guy but service expensive compared to duration of service! Started off with mice traps then we saw a rat so traps replaced with rat traps! He covered entries on roof, rat got into garage when it was slightly opened so we left it opened again and it left! I cancelled rest of service as I felt it was not needed! Expensive!

My husband & I interviewed a few companies and even though they were similar in price and process we just had a good feeling about Jake. He was very personable and seemed trustworthy. He did not let us down. We are very glad the animals are no longer roaming around in the attic at night.
