Honest, skilled, hard working people who did exactly what they said they would do and more. This was not an easy install. Drilled multiple holes in top stud of interior walls from attic and then blew in wool/fiberglass insulation for sound deadening. Every other company I contacted wanted to cut holes in interior walls which would have required multiple drywall repairs. Going into the cramped attic was much more difficult, but, accomplished the job with no drywall repair necessary.

Jeremy was prompt, very knowledgeable, couteous, and a hard worker! He wasnt pushy at all and pointed out everything that needed to be addressed. He took pictures of everything to show me. I highly recommend JMS!! Thanks again Jeremy!!

They go far and beyond your expectations. They are very professional. The work that they did to my home is absolutely outstanding. I will be telling all my friends and family about this company. Were on time for the job, but had problems with the electrical circuits in the house (new house with new modern circuit breakers that kept tripping off), but over came the problems and finished the job on time, Did a excellent job of cleaning up after them selves. Swept and vacuumed the garage before leaving. Would highly recommend them to other people. William........

This review originally had low ratings due to the lack of responsiveness to fix a problem and for the excessive amount of time, we have spent trying to get it resolved. We contacted Jeremy on February 13 to install insulation in our attic. Due to the very low crawl space in the attic, he said that he had experience in these kinds of attics and would come in with the crew for the installation. The work was done on March 2 and Jeremy did not come with the crew for the installation. It appeared that they were not advised of the small size of the attic. However, they were very professional and finished the project. Jeremy and an electrician came a couple of days later to install an exhaust fan in the roof that could not be installed with the original construction. A few weeks later, we discovered that a light and ceiling fan in our living room was not working. We had not used the fan immediately but when we turned it on, there was no electricity. We took the fan down to see if maybe they had loosened a wire in the wiring box but the wiring had no power. The fan and light worked fine before they did the insulation installation. We texted Jeremy on March 24 to indicate the problem. We did not get an immediate response and on April 5th, Jeremy notified all his customers that the company had shut down due to the COVID pandemic. We waited about 4 months due to the pandemic and contacted him twice and he said he would get back to us with a time to come look, and resolve this problem. We still have not heard from him. Due to continued delays due to the pandemic and some other issues with Jeremys staff, Jeremy was finally able to come to the house with his electrician and see if he could fix the problem. We discovered that the problem was a wiring issue beyond his control. I have revised the review because other than this problem, we are extremely pleased with the results. Although it took a while, we are satisfied that Jeremy has done all he could to satisfy us.

The installer when above and beyond what he promised. Cleaned up after finishing, was very respectful, and I was very satisfied with the end results. He took pictures, both before and after to show what was done and what needed to be done. I would recommend him again if I needed addition insulation.

Did great work. Arrived on time and did great work! Used baffles as you should when doing blown in insulation (to prevent it from blocking/clogging soffit). They do honest work, and they refuse to cut corners like many other contractors may/do. They also do a lot more than just insulation! Will be using them for future projects for sure!

I can not say enough good things about this company. They do excellent work and have amazing customer service. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

when I called he was working on another project. He said that is would be here later today and he should up. Looked in the attic ,took temperature reading and gave a guest on how much it would cost. He followed up with an email with the estimate of what it would cost. Very pleased with his work.

We contacted this company JMS Construction and Painting, LLC to install attic insulation for us. Jeremy came over and gave us the estimates and 3 proposals. Each proposal with different R factors and price points. Jeremy explained all proposals and showed us what areas needed taken care of. We had to delay our start and said we would contact him back. 6 months later we contacted Jeremy and hired him for his services. The crew arrived at time stated and did a very professional job. They explained what they were doing throughout and took pictures of the job as they were doing it. At completion of project we got final pictures of the job and the crew cleaned up all debris left behind. We are very pleased with this company and will hire again for future projects for our home.
