Jeremy and his crew were extremely professional. They were here on time, provided the services as specified, and cleaned the work area after completion of job. They went the extra mile in pointing out and rectifying small problem areas other contractors would deem insignificant. It was a pleasure to finally work with contractors who treat your home as if it were their own.

This company is the only one that mention adding Air Baffles to the job. I knew the job needed them since this space had no prier insulation. Arrived on time, did the job in a timely manner and showed me before and after pictures of the job.

I had a mold infested duct system. The JMS team was able to add me quickly to their schedule. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the JMS team. When I had any question they had an answer and it was explained to me in a way that made sense. I also was able to call them after the job was done and work out possible solutions to issues that arose, unrelated to the work that was done. They offer a payment plan if needed and I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you JMS team!

Jeremy was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process.

The team arrived on time and the 2 hour took closer to 4 hours because of the age of my insulation and the additional amount of work needed to bring my 1984 insulation to the current 2019 specs. I was shown the before pictures and invited to see the after pictures. I was kept informed of what they were doing, any questions that I had were answered. The price quoted was fair for the amount of work that needed done. I will be using the company for other work that I need done. I recommend that you give them a call, see if they can meet your needs!

Jeremy, the owner, did most of the work himself. He did an excellent job putting in my insulation even though he had to deal with > than 130 degree temps in my attic. He provided quality work as well as very knowledgeable on all aspects of construction. He even left my house clean. I plan to have more work done by Jeremy and his company and certainly would highly recommend JMS construction

Review George H. The Villages,Fl. Project upgrade attic insulation. JMS men arrived at 5am as agreed. They worked quickly and quietly as they were blowing in insulation. The insulation machine was quiet. Talked to neighbors later, said they didnâ t hear anything. The insulation job looked top notch. They cleaned up everything and left before sunrise. I would highly recommend JMS as they worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up, and did a good job. Also the price was very good.

They went into our attic and took photos of the area needing additional insulation, they saw that our cam lights werent protected and that areas had not been insulated properly as we could see from the photos. They promised to blow in insulation and place radiant barrier above our garage that we use for most of our storage needs. They moved every item and replaced it which was a massive job. They had anticipated it would take 2 hours for the garage area alone,Instead it took 5 hours in addition to the rest of the attic. They continued until it was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
