This is a business that believes in delivering service, quality and value as their business model. Jeremy responded promptly to my request for an estimate which came in well below others because JMS orders materials in bulk and passes the savings along to customers. Jeremy's inspection was very thorough and discussed all the technical services (baffles, sealing all wire and vent openings, etc.) required to halt mildew progression and air exchange losses. He stressed what should be done and what he would do, but did not up sell or recommend unneeded services or excess insulation. He also guarantees the insulation depth for 25 years and will return to correct excess settling if necessary. JMS had a cancellation and was able to schedule my project the week following Jeremy's inspection and estimate. Crew arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job in less than 3 hours. They took and shared before and after pictures of their work to verify execution, checked inside the house for problems (there were none), cleaned up and said goodbye. Office staff followed up with copies of the before and after photos and emailed the receipt for payment. Highly satisfied with the entire project and highly recommend JMS Construction Painting & Remodel.

Amazing old fashioned service. We were kept up to date thru the whole process starting with the thorough inspection and report with photos and clear explanations. Mold was making us sick. We really needed help. JMS's owner and crew performed thorough mold remediation, fogging, sealing, removal of contaminated insulation and installing of new insulation. Highly knowledgeable, professional and prompt. They brought any other issues that they found to our attention. They cleaned up the work site and made us feel like they truly cared about our health issues and dealing properly with the solution. Jeremy and his team were knowledgeable and thorough with their work on our families home which was an older home that was riddled with poor quality work prior to us owning. He located several real safety concerns and solved the issues so that we could ensure our family was moving into a safe home. His team arrived on time and prepared to work and ensured the quality of work was done right which comes with a warranty.

JMS offered more insight and did more work to make sure our house would be as energy efficient as possible.

Jeremy was very thorough in his inspection of the ceilings, also the ductwork at the main connector at the roof, and the recommendation of a thermal cover under the roof at the connector. It was already starting to discolor from the moisture, he stated that those connections should have mastic applied to them, he also takes before and after pictures of his work before, and after the completion of the job. Have talked to Jeremy about setting up an apt to have the work completed. He is a little higher priced than my other quote, but I feel it will be worth it in the long run because of his total inspection of the roof. Will be able to review after the work is completed. Jeremy's crew came on 1,23,2020 they were earlier than expected, very courteous, and after the job everything was swept, and vaccumed , was as clean when they left as when they arrived. Excellent work in the attic. They installed baffles to ensure the eaves had good airflow into the attic. They replaced vertical insulation around the skylight towers with radiant faces fiberglass and used new paper faced fiberglass on all interior wall surfaces. They also put mastic on the AC duct joints to ensure there were no air leaks. When they were done, they showed me pictures of the work since I was physically unable to inspect the work.

They were extremely thorough with their job even though it was a very difficult time-consuming pain, but they still took the time and did the job correctly God bless them.

Comparing to other quotes & information received, I was not only convinced I found the best company for the job, but the most honest and knowledgeable company. The quote was excellent and I didn't have to order additional addons other were trying to inflate billing. It's so refreshing to find someone that is an expert in their craft, but willing to share information and avoiding the greed factor and cut corners mentality that so many practice. I will make it a point to do my best to refer business to this growing company so others can also benefit from this experience.

The two workers showed up on time and did a an exceptional job. Jeremy the owner worked hard to rearrange the schedules to meet my changing needs. Highly recommend this company.
