Jeremy seems very knowledgeable about the issues (sound insulation) and the team was very professional...cleaning up when they finished as well. Time will tell how much their job will lower my electricity bills and reduce noise between units; but I'm sure it will help. I'd recommend potential customers checking them out and give them a chance at least to inspect and give you a quote.

Overall the job was pretty good. She to inexperience they smiled a few crucial spots . They were good with what they knew. In time they will be a 5 ð company.

I am a retired tool maker/machinist in the Aerospace Industry who has worked to very close tolerances, as a result I have become a bit of a perfectionist who rarely gives out 5 star ratings. But as far as Jeremy and his crew and the quality, craftsmanship and price I do give them a 5. Although his company is going through some growing pains they could manage their time and communication a little better on that they get a 4 star.

Great company to work with, very professional. Did more work for less money than others had quoted.

This was a positive experience! I changed my order and added a solar fan the day before. This part was hard to find (sold out due to high demand) and they kept me informed of their process of finding the fan. Also showed me pictures of the progress during installation of insulation in both my garage and lanai attics.

JMS did what they said they would do. In the process of fixing my project they found other things which they fixed and charged little or nothing extra. They communicated to me their status on an ongoing basis, so I would know what was being done at all times. Fantastic to work with. Repair and replace ceiling fallen in bathroom and Remove all old insulation in my whole house and replace with new blown-In insulation. I had a lot of miscellaneous construction projects, and they did a fantastic job of repairing them all. I highly recommend Jeremy Siebert, Pres/Owner and his crews and I would definitely use them again.

Best company to work with

Jeremy was awesome to deal with and kept in touch very well through the whole process. I hired him to insulate the crawlspace of my house and after Jeremy's crew was done I crawled underneath the house to inspect and everything looked great. I'm sorry, I did get to meet his crew because I was at work while they were there but they did a great job. I would definitely recommend JMS construction and would not hesitate to use them again for other projects.

Working with Jeremy was easy and professional from beginning to end. In addition to the insulation we wanted, Jeremy's crew installed and wired exhaust fans to two baths and made my microwave exhaust an exterior exhaust. We received photos of all the work before and after. We would definitely recommend him and his company to others. Already have!
