Jeremy and his entire crew was amazing from start to finish,from helping negotiate with the insurance company,to picking out nice replacement fixtures and flooring, to getting the work done on time and on budget. I was most impressed by his incredible attention to detail, he made sure everything was done exactly right and not even a speck of paint out of place. We had to get some baseboards replaced and we have kind of unusual color wood grain baseboards and he made sure that the new ones were stained so that they were almost an exact match to the original! We also had to get a closet door replaced and when he couldnt find a suitable replacement he actually bought one and swapped out the broken peices and put it all back together so it looked and worked like brand new! Also this required a remodel of our kitchen and he made sure it was done fast enough that we only had two days of "down time" for an entire cabinet and counter top swap over! His crew even came in on a saturday when things ran a little behind. I was worried as this was my first experience with a major contracting job and growing up in South Florida you always hear horror stories about contractors taking the money and vanishing in the middle of the job or putting in substandard fixtures or doing things in a haphazard way. All I can say is I could not imagine a better experience than JMS, we are having them back to do even more work because we are so pleased with the results.

It went well. They were polite n professional. The work was done when scheduled. They helped us with the insurance company to get it paid. They were available anytime I needed something. A couple times I texted late at night cause we had major issue and Kevin responded to me. He went above and beyond. All the contractors they hired were great. Very nice polite and professional.

Jeff and his team was very professional throughout. The work results - a tile floor - are beautiful. He was able to get a lot more covered via insurance than I was due to his knowledge of such claims. While I did have some out of pocket costs, they were fair and reasonable and had to do with upgrades I wanted (moving from Pergo to all tile). Highly recommended. Thank you Jeff for an excellent job.

Jeff and his brother Mike were a pleasure to work with. They responded promptly to our calls and explained the entire process to us. They went out of their way to make us happy. We would gladly hire them again.
