Description of Work: Very good coverage of all areas inside and out. Took special care around a large fish pond. Punctual and professional staff.

Description of Work: We use them for pest control services. We had the exterior around the foundation and the interior sprayed around the flooring. We also have termite prevention services done.

Description of Work: We hired this company to lay sod in our front yard. The day they laid it we complained because the sod was brown and not green the way grass should be. The company's techs told us to water daily for an hour for about two weeks which we did. Grass/sod would not take root even with treatments. The company came out to check our sprinkler system and still the sod/grass wpuld not take root. Finally, the owner, Mr. Holder came out and then told us we were watering too much and a fungus was created. We further stated that all sod/grass has some fungus. We asked why he would say one thing to us and his techs who were trained by this company told us to water. We became upset and the wife was yelling to me in the background and the owner said to me "how do you put up with that!" We were both insulted because we asked the owner to replace the sod with another company instead of the one he always uses which is Kirkland sod. He refused. The sod company Kirkland came out to look at our dead grass. Kirkland is the company that provides sod to Mr Holder's company. Kirkland's supervisor stated there was no fungus and explained in detail why. He also said that Mr. Holder must have held our sod out for some time before installation because Kirkland's sod when sold is green at this time of the year. Mr. Holder, the owner stated that he did not believe his own supplier, Krkland sod and refused to replace our sod and refund our money. He said we just wanted a new lawn. We took pictures of our lawn sent it to the bank and filed a dispute. Mr. Holder also was insulting and rude to my wife. We will never use them again!
