DeLand Nissan

I go here for my oil change frequently because they are professional, fast, and my car always runs good after they had their hands on it. But lately my experiences with them have been going downhill. There are new faces and while I support that, I prefer the same person working on my car each time. I went to another place to have my oil changed for a trip only because I needed it done asap and the other place was right up the road from my job. While at the other place I was told the previous place that did my oil change stripped the threading on the oil pan where the nozzle goes and it needed to be replaced which would cost $500. My father in-law, being an ex mechanic, had them do a temporary fix so we could take it up with Deland Nissan who were the last people that did it. We took the car here after my trip and told them what happened. They looked at my car and said it was fine, the other place had used a bigger nozzle and rethreaded the oil pan. A few weeks later, the above date, I went back to Deland Nissan to get my routine oil change and was told several things need to be done....including replacing my oil pan claiming it is leaking at the top. I repeated what I was told last time I was there and he said the two were unrelated. I feel like someone there is lying to me and as a long time customer I do not appreciate it. I do not see any original faces from before who always took care of me and was always honest and so I have decided to change places.
