Creative Brick Pavers

They were horrible. They did not finish their work or fulfill their promise. Harry promised me in the beginning but they were very slow. The price was good, but I think it was cheap because they did very poor work.

Gave them a deposit on 10-18-12 of $2880, they delayed the install 3 times, then after 12/7/12, I have been unable to get in touch with them. They refuse to return phone calls, voicemails, emails, BBB complaints, etc. All addresses for this company are bogus. Stay well away from them.

After meeting Marty Cooper of Creative Brick Pavers at the Fall 2012 Orlando Home Show, we requested an estimate for pavers on our driveway and sidewalk. On Nov. 10, 2012, I gave Marty Cooper a deposit check for pavers. Install date was promised after the holidays as he stated the paver manufacturer was shut down. That statement has also come into question after speaking with another installer in the industry. After the Christmas Holiday, I began trying to contact their office for an update; but with no success. The company voice mailbox was always full. There was also no response to emails on December 27th, December 29th, January 2nd, 7th, 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 27th. To date, I have received one phone message from Anita Seiderer on January 7th and one email dated January 9th stating ?we have you scheduled for the week of January 21st. I will have a firm date by that Friday before.? Once again no other phone calls, no email, no information. When I originally signed the agreement for installation, I had checked the Better Business Bureau and Angie?s List for comments and found none. However, when I checked last week, there are THIRTEEN complaints against this company all with the same issues I am experiencing: cannot leave messages, no follow up on warranty/repair issues, no product delivery, installation scheduled but not performed, etc. In fact, one customer has been waiting over six months for delivery of their pavers. Where are consumer?s rights in situations like this? Should Creative Brick Pavers actually deliver my pavers; I will then have to wait for them to come back and install them, apparently at their mercy, at their convenience. My HOA will not permit pallets to sit on the driveway and/or sidewalk for weeks on end and I will face fines. I entered into this agreement with Creative Brick Pavers in good faith and have received nothing but frustration in return. I have requested Creative Brick Pavers for a refund of my deposit via Certified Mail, less $100 for the time Mr. Cooper spent to provide an estimate, so that I may proceed with another company who can do the job in a timely and efficient manner.
