Description of Work: Chris did a neat and professional job repairing the ceiling in our garage, where I had fallen through! It included priming and repainting the drywall; he was knowledgeable, competent, and fair in his price. We were glad to discover him as a person we could hire in the future to make repairs and do other projects. Oh--he also put in a new mailbox post for us. |

 + -1 moreChris was prompt, as promised, and seemed to be a hard worker. We had to leave so I am not sure how long he stayed to complete the job, but he originally estimated the total cost would be under $100. His work seems to be satisfactory and we would use him again.
Description of Work: Replaced a small piece of facia, a piece of door frame and facing. He also tightened a kitchen faucet.

 + -1 moreChris came over and evaluated the situation and the amount of work we were requiring.He gave a price in a day or two that was fair.We scheduled a time for Chris to come to the house and complete the work that was needed.Unfortunately, we had to leave the house so Chris was left alone.We didn't think twice.He still handled exactly what we we went over, most likely because he took notes.Overall, we're very pleased with the work and experience.
Description of Work: Very professional.Repaired everything we needed to repair.Easy to work with and we will use Chris in the future.

Description of Work: We bought a bank owned house and it was really a mess. Our siding was messed up, and he fixed it perfectly. People can't even see where he replaced the siding. There is nothing that he can't do. He has renovated our garage, and a bedroom. He always has better suggestions. He is amazing.
