Bob, the owner, is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very professional. I especially liked that he did not recommend a spray but use strategically placed baits and poison. It is proving to be effective and I don't have to worry about our pets or having the spray all over the house.

My husband & I were amazed and thrilled that Bob, the owner of Bugsy's Exterminating, contacted us within 24 hours of when I requested service through HomeAdvisor. I set up an appointment for him to provide an estimate for getting rid of a bee hive(s) that was hidden inside a large grouping of palm trees in our yard. Bob was professional, very polite and stated that his service came with a 90 day guarantee. My husband & I felt at ease and confident that he would do the job to our satisfaction and hired him on the spot. The treatment was set up for two-three visits, depending on the size of the hive(s) that he found. He arrived as scheduled for each appointment and efficiently eliminated the bees. Now we can mow our yard and have the palms removed without fear of anyone else being stung. Thank you Bob!
